I've never used storage facilities prior to interacting with the wonderful staff at Wilson Storage - Caroline Springs.
Trudy (Manager) and Nadia made me feel at ease about the facility and thoroughly explained the pricing structure and access procedures. They made me aware of a "Special promotion" that was available, and I took the offer. Had a wonderful coffee whilst I waited for the signup and took a tour of the units I've signed for. All was completed in a short time and I was very happy with the process and the service.

The staff were extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to insure that my storage needs were met.
As a result, I wouldn't hesitate to use Wilson Storage at Caroline Springs again.
