Friendly, professional, clean and excellent communicators!
The team at Caroline Springs are exceptionally good at their jobs! They help put you at ease and take the time to clearly communicate the process for putting your goods in storage. They also referred me to excellent removalists who I will be using again soon.

Craig was helpful and supplied great customer service. He is great at his job.
My only disappointment, called the office spoke to a colleague of Craig, requested a large unit to be told one was reserved. But it wasn't.

Fantastic customer service
I would highly recommend Wilson storage- Caroline Springs for anyone. This is a very clean place with absolutely amazing team. They were very helpful from the beginning and fantastic customer service.

Great Customer Service
Both Trudy and Craig went out of their way to make this a great experience. Not only were they helpful but fully explained the features of storing my vehicle re Security etc.
In todays world it is extremely unusually, to be treated as a "Valued Customer".

Great staff & smooth sailing!
Trudi and Craig were amazing with setting me up and moving me in! I had a few questions I needed answered before agreeing to storage, Criag went out of his way to answer these and follow-up. Everything was smooth and I'm all moved in with my items settled!
