The Manager at Wilson's Storage Box Hill was excellent with setting up my storage unit. Very helpful with information I needed to manage there.

I came during weekend and the lift…
I came during weekend and the lift wasn’t working so we had carry heavy furniture upstairs.

Excellent Customer Service at Wilson Storage. Michael is always helpful, and understands the needs of its customers. If any issue Michael personally contact a customer and resolve it.The storage faclity well managed and clean.

Not impressed with new management
I had been using this facility for several years under Storage King, once it was taken over by Wilson Storage I have had nothing but problems. I have since moved to another Storage King facility which is a shame as I held several permanent units.
