Exceptional customer, service, and systems and processes were easier to understand and use. Storage prices were great and always accessible and staff always proactive and friendly. Highly recommended.

WOW What a storage facility
Alan and I dealt with Ivy and Cassy at your Box Hill facility. They were both very warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Both these lovely ladies took the time to listened to us and no question was too much trouble. All our questions we answered professionally. We would highly recommend the Box Hill facility to any of our friends as they made it all so very easy

Excellent Service
Ivy was very quick and able to multitask by serving multiple customers at once. She was very efficient with her service time and explained everything well. The pricing, van hire and locker facilities are exceptional and I highly recommend Wilson Storage to others.

Great storage facility
Professional and friendly staff. Very clear instructions were given on how to use the facility. Everything is clean and well lit. We used the van which did the job perfectly well and was very reasonably priced.
