I would not hesitate to highly recommend Wilson Security.

Honest advice about my old security system which was greatly appreciated. They took the time to work with the system and to get it up and running again. They replaced the external siren and I am impressed with how it looks, too. I would highly recommend this company; it's great to have a fantastic service and support a local company.

Wilson in Canada is not so good but apparently no regulation to Wilson UK

What an amazing company! We highly recommend them. Through their knowledge of current products and hard work we now have updated security systems that make us feel safe and secure. Milo is so hard working, patient with all the silly questions that we asked and meticulously tidy. Gavin and Milo are great problem solvers and know their industry. Gavin kept us informed at every stage and supplied a system that was exactly what we needed when we had no clue what we did need. He also works extremely hard and was available for anything we needed. They took any stress away from us and for that we are extremely grateful.

I cannot recommend Wilson Security System Limited highly enough! From start to finish, Gavin Wilson and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Milo, in particular, was diligent, professional and very knowledgeable. They made the entire process of installing our home intruder alarm system completely seamless, with minimal disruption to our daily routine.

From the initial consultation, it was clear that they are true professionals—knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to delivering the highest level of service. The installation was carried out efficiently, with incredible attention to detail. They left everything spotless, and their meticulous approach gave us complete confidence in the system.

The team took the time to provide a thorough demo, ensuring we fully understood how to use the alarm. Nothing was too much trouble—they even went above and beyond by coming back to provide extra training and personally delivering a written manual for reference. Their responsiveness has been outstanding; any follow-up questions were answered swiftly and with the utmost care.

Wilson Security System Limited genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. If you're looking for a company that is trustworthy, highly responsive, and committed to excellence, look no further. This is the kind of service that is rare to find these days.

Thank you, Gavin, Milo and the team, for giving us complete peace of mind!
