I have ordered from this company for years. My last order was placed May 13th and my credit card was billed May 15th. Now nearly three months later after many emails and attempts to call, I still don't have my wig or refund. Totally baffling for a company that has always seemed legit.

Purchased a wig returned it same day and never got my refund. Tried for over a year and finally gave up. Not communication with any emails or letters

This company advertises and delivers nothing, but they take the cash! I wish I had seen the reviews before I tried to purchase. Ordered 2 wigs in April and am still waiting. Cannot reach them, and they do not respond. Fortunately, my credit card company credited my account but someone had to eat the costs these crooks stole. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I ordered a wig April 20th and they took my money and haven't sent my wig or let me know anything about it. It is May 16th. They can't be reached by phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered from Wilshire Wigs on Nov 11, 2024, during a Veteran's Day sale promotion. By late November I had neither heard from them by email, nor received the product. By mid-December I figured I would not be receiving the product, which I would have been OK with at that point but then received my Mastercard bill and saw that they had charged me for the wig, just never shipped it. I called their so-called "customer service" toll-free number and got a recording telling me to contact them by email. I emailed them but received no response. I then contacted Mastercard and asked the charge be removed as I never received the product and believed the company to be fraudulent. Mastercard did remove the charge. I then received an email from Wilshire Wigs stating they had "processed my return" and would be crediting my account. There was never a return because I never received the product in the first place. And I doubt they ever credited my account; I think Mastercard had to eat it.

these people are crooks. no customer service. no product. both email and phone messages ignored. bank fraud dept. finally notified. hope to get the charges reversed.

Ordered wig in January. This is March and multiple attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Very disappointing. Will never order from them again, I do not recommend this business. Fraudulent.

I ordered a wig in 2024 and everything went well. Then later I ordered another ..3 months later I still never received it. I called them multiple times ( automated message said to email them.).. I e-mailed them multiple times . I NEVER got any response from them. Last email I told them to please respond and advise or I would have to contact BBB. STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO WIG. They billed and took the cost of the wig immediately on my credit Card when I ordered it. I did report them to BBB.. And BBB said they never responded to them either. .i would give this fraudulent company a negative star if I could. Sad to scam and take people’s money like that …

They never answer the Phone. Emails are ignored. I deserve a complete Credit for the returned wig of $126.70 for all my attempts, anxiety and stress.

We ordered the wig and shampoo in November, 2024. After trying to get in touch with the company as to the status of shipping of the order and getting no response. We disputed the credit card chg and in late December, 2024 received the wig but never received the shampoo. We have given up getting it resolved. We will never recommend or do business with Wilshire Wigs.

If i could give them a zero I would. Ordered a wig, but never got it when I sign into my account. It says orders being processed called several times did not get a return call. Do you get an email stating that the product I had ordered which they said was peaches, which was not what I ordered is on back order so I sent another email to the company haven't heard from them. In the meantime they build my credit card for for two wigs when I only ordered one. I called my credit company requesting a dispute so hopefully I'll be able to get my money back. I'll never order from them again

I used this company over the years and had no issues. But that was a few years back. I ordered again in November 2024. No confirmation of order, and quickly took my payment. No response to emails as there is no way to call them. After discovering this site, I know now I should have researched. WOW! I have lived long enough to know there was a time when this could not have been forgiven or ongoing. Shame on what we/they have become.

Started purchasing in 2015 and bought 2 to 4 wigs a year till Oct 2024. Then order not sent but charged to credit card. Used help line as instructed on line; no response. Called, mailbox full several times. Had to issue a request for refund from my credit card.

I placed order on September 4 they took my money immediately. I’ve heard nothing since, I’ve emailed six times, called numerous times they are not accepting phone calls. Do not order from this place.

My current experience with Wilshire Wigs is EXACTLY like most of the reviews before me. I ordered a Rene Of Paris wig that I have been ordering from THEM for years. I kind of thought something might be up with them when they went through a period of no “30% off” sales. But when I checked back and they had a sale, against my better judgement, I ordered again. And just like most everyone else, I ordered over a month ago, the charge cleared my credit card the next day, I have called more than once, and emailed twice like their recording says to do. No response. No wig. I have ordered from them for years and never had to wait more than 2 weeks for my wig order. This is shameful and disgusting. Where’s the integrity?

Like so many of these reviews. These folks never return calls or emails. I placed an order on 8/24/24 and still no hairpiece. They sure took my money immediately, but nothing in any form of communication. Please stay away from this business...they're horrible!

I also should have read the reviews. Somehow I ended up with 2 orders as I was having issues with their system and my credit card. Multiple emails and phone calls and NOTHING. I just had my bank dispute the charge on the wig not shipped by in "processing" status only to find out, despite my MULTIPLE attempts to contact them to cancel.

Ordered a wig on 6/22/24. Had to contact them on 7/1 because I never got an email saying it shipped and status in their system says "Processing". I called the 800 number and got a recorded message to contact c/s by emailing. I did and told them I needed to know the status of wig as still showed processing. Received an email back saying they were sorry and that the wig was being shipped. On the 3rd of July received an email from HairUWear saying the wig was being shipped and gave me the tracking number. 2 days later got the wig. Wish this was the end of story, but it is not. I realized that I ordered the wrong wig. I reviewed the return policy again and said to go to Orders to click on a button that would generate a return label. So went to orders to do just that...still showing "processing" and the button was grayed out and wouldn't do anything when I tried to click on it. Emailed C/S to changed the "processing" status so can print out return shipping label. Got a reply saying it was ready for me, but to wait til the next morning. Next day---still the same and unable to print a label. sent email again to c/s and said no change and the reply was I could return the item without their label. Well, the shipping label was about $10 and knew it would be more if I shipped from UPS and wanted to get the wig back asap to get a refund..and c/s wasn't fixing the issue so sent back via UPS. I tracked the package as I was really not trusting Wilshire wigs. I waited and checked on it and UPS had made 1 attempt to deliver but said they were closed (early afternoon on a Monday). They were able to deliver on Tuesday 7/16. Then once again I waited for some confirmation they got the package and credited me back. Did not come. Finally, 8/6 emailed c/s again inquiring about my credit back as they got the wig on 7/16 (22 days) and their policy said 5-7 days after receive the return they credit back. 8/8 I got a reply with a credit receipt , however they kept $33. I sent an email back asking what the fee is that they kept and where is it in their policy that there was any fee to be charged. 8/11 sent a 2nd email as no reply. 8/14 still no response and sent a 3rd email. Now so you know, they are unreachable at all by phone only email. They are truly unreliable and have to be watched through the whole process. Now, I have purchased a wig locally and know that HairUwear is an extremely reliable manufacturer and ship very quickly and items are received within days. So, it is strictly Wilshire Wigs that are unreliable. C/S through email is not acceptable for any business.
