I purchased the lightweight capri pants in two colors, size small---5'3" and 120 lb.. The delivery was prompt. They are as described and fit well. I will purchase from Willit again.

Shorts fit my legs great but were much to small in the waist. I sized up when I purchased but I’d say they were still two full sizes smaller than what would fit me.
After receiving, I found out they are not available for refund or exchange. Very disappointed.

Well

Well, one of the items that I ordered was not available. And instead of charging me for the discounted item, you guys charged me for the full price item. So that wasn’t fair. Then you guys wouldn’t refund me and then you wanted to charge me a restocking fee for returning all of the items. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Regarding the processing fee, under our return policy, for non-quality-related returns, orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to a processing fee equal to 10% per item, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Just the pants I was looking for

Just the pants I was looking for. We will be traveling to Europe for a 3 week stay and I wanted something comfortable, easy to wash and wear. I wear a size 6 and the medium was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better fitting pant

Excellent Activewear

This clothing line is great! Their activewear is right up there in comparison with the much higher priced active clothing sites. They stand behind their products, the quality is excellent and it wears well. I will definitely purchase from them again!

I love these shorts

I love these shorts! You pay a little more, but it is worth it. They fit so well and the length is perfect - no booty shorts! It is so hard to find workout shorts for a woman of a certain age and these are awesome. The pockets that zip are an added bonus.

Women's 7" Utility Shorts

The fabric used in the 7" utility shorts is of poor quality. The shorts arrived packaged in a tiny plastic bag, such that the shorts were horribly wrinkled - so much so, that the shorts were unwearable. It appeared that the wrinkles were permanently set in the fabric. I requested a return authorization, then was told that I am responsible for the cost of shipping, since I purchased the item directly from Willit, rather than through Amazon! And Willit also deducted a hefty restocking fee from the purchase price. And through the above customer "service," Willit also lost a customer.
