Extremely disappointed in Willerby after service. We bought a new Willerby Lodge (top of their range) in September 2024 and have had a number of issues (creaking floors, bathroom sink not screwed to wall, kitchen table marked) which take months to resolve, if ever. The latest issue was water leaking through sliding doors. The engineer visited twice to try to resolve but still remains unresolved. On their last visit the engineer lifted part of the underlay as it was ruined. The engineer said he had reported that the underlay, carpet, panelling and side table were all to be replaced as they were damaged. That was at the beginning of December 2025 and at the end of June we are still waiting. We have tried to contact Willerby directly but they will only discuss issues through the caravan park - they do not talk to the customer who has paid for their product.

Mark was incredible as always. Always polite, professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and always tried to help advise with any questions where he can. Lee accompanied him this time and he was very nice and professional as well.

Had Scott & Rich here today to fix my door. Both were very friendly & professional. Also checked a few other niggles that I had, give me some great advice. Definitely an asset to the company.

What a relief to have Wayne & Paul fit new side door and frame, that closes and locks perfectly. WILLERBY have been to our lodge purchased in 2025 twice before.The first was to replace a kitchen door and door trims.Door trims were only replaced 18th June 2026, after engineers arrived with wrong trim 4 months ago.The Autumn and Winter months meant we could hardly close the door, and there was a gaping hole when it was locked.
What I find frustrating when you have a problem is that you have to rely on the Park Staff to raise your issues.
The cost of Lodges around £200 k is a major purchase, and you would have thought to manage your issues you could raise this with customer service, But NO issues go through your Park staff. Little wonder it takes months and months to correct issues.

I recently had work carried out on my caravan by Jason R & Danny from Willerby and the whole experience was brilliant. The guys were absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The quality of the work was great, everything was finished to a really high standard, and they made sure the place was spotless before they left.

It’s rare to get service this smooth and stress‑free, but they genuinely delivered. I would highly recommend Willerby to anyone needing work done on their caravan.

Scott and Danny were superb! They carried out the work quickly and expertly. They were super friendly and a credit to the Company.

Had a problem with floor covering and Rich and Pave came to sort it. We were not there at the time but they phoned to ensure all the problems were picked up. A good job well done. I suppose it is a shame it wasn’t done properly in the first place but well done to them.

Took a minute for them to come round to fix the door but now it is all finished with the door. Both Dennis and Ronnie have been brilliant with them fitting the new door and putting the blind up as well. Both were super friendly and very helpful.

Having had various teething problems with our brand new lodge, which included a full new roof & a new door, the operatives that Willerby sent to us have been absolutely phenomenal.
Mark & Lee just couldn’t have done more for us, they are polite & courteous at all times & their work is absolutely exemplary.
It made a very trying time so much easier, Willerby should be very proud of their staff that represent them, as they are a five star team.
Also thanks to Willerby management for their continued support.

Lee was very professional and dealt with all the snagging on our lodge to a high standard . I was able to speak to him via our ring camera so that made communication much easier .

Took a bit of time to get here but outside repairs are now completed and we are more than happy. The Willerby engineers that came out, Jason, Jon, Matty and Ian, were beyond polite, respectful and friendly. They tidied up after themselves and replaced anything they had to move to get access. Hopefully we won’t need engineers out again but if we do I’d like it to be them, they’re welcome back anytime.

Paul and Keegan came to lay a section of Lino in our new lodge. The Lino was folded during transport and both Paul and Keegan were not happy with how it lay, they have requested a new piece and it will be relaid. An attention to detail that we appreciated, they also hoovered up afterwards, they can come back!

Scott and Rich have been on the park for 2days fixing a unit nicest guys nothing a bother, work has been done to a very high standard very polite hard working guys a total credit

The service engineer (Dennis) that came out to our static caravan was excellent! Dennis knew straight away what the problem was and fixed it, we would rate him highly.
The disappointment was that Willerby took 15 weeks to attend and repair the defect (under warranty) despite the holiday park staff ringing every week for an update… this being the reason for a 3 star review.

The engineer was called Dennis. We had dealings with him before and they have always been extremely positive. Dennis goes out of his way to ensure problems are solved. Nothing is beyond him, he ensures his work is first rate, he is very amiable and leaves like he,s never been ( other then the problem is sorted).

We were highly delighted with the work carried out at our caravan by the Willerby engineers. They were very professional and neat and tidy as to how they went about their work also very friendly so thank you to Danny and Dave we appreciated your work

All the snags we had were sorted out by two great guys called Dave and Danny.
No complaints and worked well doing the repairs as a team.

Scott and Keegan regularly visit our Caravan Parks and always provide an excellent level of service. They are both polite, professional, and conscientious in their work. They consistently report to the office on arrival, keep us informed of the work they are carrying out, and provide a full update before leaving.
Their communication is excellent, and they always ensure any completed work and outstanding issues are clearly reported. They take pride in their work, are reliable, and always conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner.
