Jason and Danny are both excellent , extremely helpful, friendly and professional , always a pleasure to see them both.

Jason R and Danny were so friendly and as well as doing the requested repair were able to provide a couple of spare grub screws that had been missing from my curtain poles. Excellent service!

Dave the Willerby repair man /after sales went above and beyond. Very friendly, offered tips and advice about all sorts of products that might help us in the future, and completed repairs quickly and efficiently.

Mark and Lee are extremely polite, very helpful and complete the works efficiently whenever they visit park to do warranty services.
If the time frames in sending parts and engineers out to park to fix the issues were as good as the service Mark and Lee provide then everyone would favour Willerby and there would not be so much negatively towards Willerby.

I’ve delt with Ronnie before he goes out of his way to get things done. but this time he came with Scott to replace a toilet window & frame what a pair of good lads very tidy job & clean and tidy very polite. top lads

Paul and Dave came today to do a few minor issues. They were very friendly, polite and obliging and did a great job. Could not have expected more.

Took months to rectify via agent and Willerby but Ronnie/Scot came out and did fantastic job to repair the front door and left our lodge spotless when completed and both very pleasant to have around if we have more problems i hope Ronnie/Scot are the pros they send out

It took a considerable amount of time to get a representative to come up and sort out an issue we had but when Danny did come he was amazing. The issue sorted and he checked out 2 other concerns and fixed them as well. He gave lots of advice even down to best cleaning materials. Willerby need more Danny’s.

Had engineers attend to the park for completing work on units Ronnie & Scott are a credit to Willerby cannot fault any issues with the work and customers are pleased.

Mark and Lee are fantastic.
Working on a holiday park I deal with lots of engineers from different manufacturers. Mark & Lee always stand out as some of the best. Always super friendly and helpful. No job is too much trouble even during a heatwave!! Thanks guy, 5 star service as always!

The Willerby engineers were exceptional. On arrival they let me know exactly what they were here to do and explained some queries I had clearly and precisely. The were both friendly and informative. They also explained to the homeowner the jobs they were going to do and gave them a n approximate time for how long they would be. Great feedback regarding the quality of both Jason and Danny's work. As a Park Manager, thank you both and Willerby excellent customer service all round.

Dave visited our Willerby Dorchester today and rectified a few minor issues we had found during our first couple of weeks of ownership. Dave was super friendly, professional and went above and beyond to rectify the problems. Many thanks to Dave, and our site owners, for organising and ensuring a timely visit to carry out these repairs and adjustments. There are a few outstanding issues that will require parts, so we look forward to Dave returning.

Mark and Lee came from Willerby today and did a great job of replacing the door. It was not easy as the frame had to be modified as the doors are now different. Friendly, efficient and tidy service. Good job!

We had dave come to our park together and he was excellent

Just had two absolutely lovely men (Lee & Mark)come to fix my lodge door. They were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem.
These two men are a credit to your company and I wish there were more tradespeople like them.
