Wilfrids Law has been exceptional throughout the process of selling our property. Mohammed, our solicitor, has been outstanding—proactive, highly responsive, and consistently ahead of every detail. His communication has been excellent, providing timely updates at every stage and ensuring we always felt informed and supported. During his absence, his assistant, Umar, delivered the same high standard of service, demonstrating strong continuity and reliability within the team. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency shown by Wilfrids Law and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a seamless conveyancing experience.

We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this firm representing our and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The entire process dragged on for over six months, with little to no progress or communication until the final four weeks before completion. Up until that point, they were virtually unresponsive and only provided vague updates when chased repeatedly.

They continuously asked for information that had already been provided, giving the impression that they were either disorganized or not properly managing the case. Their approach was overly risk-averse and strictly by-the-book, with no ability (or willingness) to think outside the box or problem-solve in a timely manner.

To top it off, they even attempted to charge for services that were either incomplete or never actually carried out, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, they came across as lacking in both initiative and expertise, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this firm to anyone expecting professional, proactive, or competent legal representation in a property transaction.

From beginning to end Staff have been amazing would highly recommend. The process is explained so well and they always answer questions and reply to emails so quickly. Whenever I had to speak to a member of Staff there were no issues. The staff reassure you and are so patient when dealing with enquiries/questions. They make you feel comfortable from the beginning. Thank you to Suhail Amar Nawaz, who handled our case and was completed within the time frame he mentioned. He was amazing throughout the process. If you want a stress free process, then I would recommend Wilfrids Law. Can't thankyou you enough.

Very Poor service and lazy, requested same information again and again. Property is an apartment and they were requesting extension documents?? Tree Preservation?? Incompetent and don't know what they're doing. Hardly respond to email/calls and takes over a week to send a communication to the seller solicitors. Avoid at all costs.

Wilfrids appear to have carried out successfully the sale of my property. However, I found communication with the trainee solicitor assigned to my case to be seriously inadequate. I was not kept informed of progress, and nor was I told what to expect at key moments (e.g. whether a deposit would be demanded at exchange; what to expect on the day of completion). When I did ask about such matters, replies were partial, somewhat casual and not always clear. The only time communication was elevated to a professional level was when it looked as if I might be harbouring a complaint. I'm afraid I cannot recommend the firm for conveyancing.
