I don't usually write bad reviews but I had to in this case. I order a product and got a small size. Asked for a refund. They did a partial refund. Ordered it again and got the same smaller sized product. They refused to give me straight answer as to why they kept sending me the wrong product. Wouldn't issue me another refund. Terrible company. Spent over $90 and got refunded $13.00. I highly recommend that you DON'T use them. Buyer beware!

AVOID. This company produces some amazing web adverts, but that is about it. The quality of the product is shocking. And when you try to return the item they add hundreds of barriers and never refund you. Please do not fall for the colorful pictures, it's all smoke and mirrors.

This company needs taking down this is where there should be some sort of regulations buy a product what comes is some cheap toy

I also bought a crystal bauble with the highland cow inside but what arrived was a plastic bauble with an upside-down picture inside...absolute rubbish. Don't go there.

I ordered a (crystal Xmas bauble with a highland cow) what came was a load of rubbish a plastic ball with a picture of said cow upside down . What a rip off it went straight in the bin. Do not buy from this company

This is another Chinese rip off money grabbing thieving lod of trip. do yourself a favour stay well away.
you'll find a lot of these crap artists in youtube adverts why these companies (youtube) can't see or care that people are being robbed boggles the mind.
All about money not the person I suppose what a world we live in, the sooner someone blows us all up the better..Oh and don't be fooled by paypal being involved they're not bothered wot get's sold using there company anymore either.

Ordered the highland cow as seen in an advert on YouTube. The ad featured a weighted body and hooves as well as a microwavable pouch. What I received however, was more like a dogs chew toy. Nothing at all like what I paid for. I've sent an email and contacted them through their website. Will have to post an update when they get back to me.
Edit: They got back to me later that night and offered a 20% refund. Then offered 30%. Then offered 40%. Then offered to refund the cost of the item but not shipping. Then refunded the total cost of item and shipping.
Don't let these scam artists get away with ripping you off. Stay calm and call them out on their BS. They will even give you a sob story about them being under a lot of pressure. I put in a complaint with my local government consumer complaints body.

The product looks amazing (to get your child to want one) but as others say, you do NOT get what is advertised.

Ordered the large highland cow plush with heat pack, received a small low quality highland cow plush (very similar one is about £5 on amazon) that looks like it's "seen some things."

Fortunately I ordered via paypal and they immediately refunded, I expect they have had a lot of other people claiming already.

I wish I could post a picture of what arrived, as it's comical.

Now I'm complaining and the only way they will commucate is via email hours from my replies and refusing to refund me... I bought 2 and they can't even be sorry, just saying you must keep the products, as it too expensive to send back, they have have borne the costs for the shipment of your products, including shipping fees, advertising fees, labor fees, etc.

ABSOLUTE BULL CRAP!!! IF SOMEONE CAN HSLP ME GET A REFUND PLEASE, THE PRODUCTS I HAVE RECEIVED ARE STRAIGHT FROM TEMU. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD.

Ordered several things over two weeks ago and nothing came in yet. Emailed them last week and no response.

I ordered the large 12 inch bigfoot bell for a present. When it finally arrived very small about 2 half inches. I checked Chinese inches they are called ,'cun ' and slightly larger than British inches so made no sense to me. E mailed them to be told sorry your expectations not met and offered 10 percent discount. I emailed back I expected to get what they advertised, they falsely advertised this on their website, I expected a full refund and offered to return the small item they did send. No response for over a week, until I emailed them again saying I was referring the matter to my bank (paid with debit card) and I was reporting them to International Consumer ( British trading standards dont apply in Cina.) My bank has refunded the money to my account and are now investigating this company, mine is not the first complaint they have had Wildvoy is on their radar. Took alt of time and stress, I am a pensioner recovering from a heart attack, but I cannot afford to lose money and injustice needs to be addressed. From

Wildvoy advertises a 6, 8, or 12 inch metal sasquatch bell. I ordered the 12". What arrived was a 2 1/2" dinky bell that cannot even be rung. They advertise; every ring of the bell is like a thundering step of bigfoot in the forest. Ha! They only offer a 15% refund due to their overseas costs and suggest I gift it to someone who will love it.

What scan i bought 2 marble cats and i got dirty cheap plastic .What Chinese scam.Bad quality .

Got the cat and not as advertised, really crappy and really disappointing. Sent an email on how disappointed I was, no response, crappy ,crappy, crappy, crappy

As others have said, the cat is nothing like the quality shown in the photos. It is entirely plastic/resin, no marble at all, and it's smaller than the one held by the woman in the photo. My 13 year old son will probably like it, because he loves anything to do with cats, but it's never going to be an heirloom!

I never received my package. It was a gift for my son's birthday n they never delivered it. They claim it was signed for but they never provided proof. Or a picture of the delivery... these people are scammers they should be put in jail. N beat with a bat. Deceiving people n taking there money. Never purchase from them again. I hope ur warehouse burns to the ground with everybody guilty in it

Photograph of marble effect cat very misleading. Resin has a mild sheen only.
