Installation was extremely neat with the guys going out of their way to install in our primary chosen place which could not have been their easiest installation but was all done very professionally.
We were also the first subscriber in our managed apartment block so major works were undertaken by Wightfibre to ready the block for all residents. Wightfibre did all the liaising with the managing agents. Very professional all round.

I was worried about the installation not wanting my garden dug up to lay the access cable - the engineers were excellent and listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with the install. I now have much cheaper internet as a result!!

Great engineer team and an efficient installation.
Unfortunately when I contacted my old provider, the handover process didnt seem to have been been set up... hopefully I won't have to pay for both, for the months notice period.😒

After about 15 years with TalkTalk we recently had problems with very slow Internet, more than once. Although we were long standing customers they didn’t want to help or resolve our problem. We have now returned their Router & have to pay them £80 for cancelling our contract with them. We decided to go with WightFibre. So pleased we did. Very fast Internet connection. The installers, Lenny & Sam (I think) were very nice. So pleased we have changed. Thankyou
