Whether you are looking at a trike or an expensive climbing frame, you can get an idea from looking at a picture on a web site but you can not beat actually seeing it and even giving it a shake to see how sturdy it is. We leave you alone while you look and try the different items but we are available if you do have any questions or would like any help but we will not chase you around while you are looking.

Wicken Toys saved the day!!!! After a horrendous experience with Outdoor Toys and my sons birthday present not arriving (Never buy from them) Wicken Toys were amazing - we visited the gorgeous outdoor show room, my son chose his new trampoline and we were able to drive it home the same day, birthday saved!!! The boys havent stopped bouncing on it all weekend and love it!! Amazing customer service and experience - thank you so much Wicken Toys!! We will be back to buy a climbing frame!!

Amazing company
Amazing company. Ordered a swing set on the Sunday and rang me on the Wednesday to deliver the following day. Also great that you can visit and see all the products on display and try them out. 100% recommend.

Great climbing frame, easy to put together
Really great experience. The climbing frame was lower price than listed elsewhere, it was delivered efficiently, and it was relatively straightforward to put together. It is also a really great climbing frame that the children love!

Great delivery and piece of kit
Delivery was so quick. It does say it takes 2 folk to build. But I managed it myself over a few says. So happy with it, and importantly my son loves it.

If you can send us pictures showing the problems we will be able to sort them out for you. When we sell products that come into us boxed, we have to rely on the manufacturers having packed them correctly. On the odd occasions when there is an issue, we will always resolve the situation.

Great customer experience
Bought the plum treehouse which is amazing! Best deal was from Wicken toys and loved that they do their own deliveries so no complications with having it delivered and no missing or broken parts! Delivery driver was great and put it round the back garden as requested in a safe place and they came when they said they would with communication. Thanks will order from you again!
