Whether you are looking at a trike or an expensive climbing frame, you can get an idea from looking at a picture on a web site but you can not beat actually seeing it and even giving it a shake to see how sturdy it is. We leave you alone while you look and try the different items but we are available if you do have any questions or would like any help but we will not chase you around while you are looking.

Great service
Great service! The price was good, trampoline installation ridiculously quick, communication of what was happening good too.
Point to note is you can't choose a date/time slot for delivery when access to the garden is required - we have side access so didn't need to be in for the delivery but otherwise it might have been tricky as only given 24h notice.
Not everything was in stock so still waiting for one part of it to be delivered but hopefully that will come soon. They've kept us up to date about that.

Quality, right first time order.
This business is the one to trust for your outdoor toys, I had ordered from a big well known company and our swing set came with the timber split. I was wary using Wicken toys but read the reviews and decided they were trustworthy and I was correct. Ordering was easy and competitive pricing wise, I was a little worried when I hadn’t heard for a few days at what stage in processing my order was. This is on me, I’m used to prime delivery but I will be looking for more independent business’ to shop at after my experience with Wicken. The delivery was perfect and the driver very helpful and personable. We built our slide and swing set yesterday, all pieces there and perfect. Thank you very much Wicken.

Quality products and installation!
Wonderful products, easy delivery and installation!
I ordered the Berg Playbase and installation. Was advised install was approximately 4 weeks lead time. Had it installed actually 5 weeks exactly from the order date, which was fine by me. Installers were lovely, gave good advice and spoke through positioning options. Would absolutely recommend.

The trapeze arrived safely on time, well packaged. Easy to fix and thoroughly enjoyed by our 4 year old grandson.

Not worth the money!
None of the screws were included in packaging. The wood was so rough it needed to be sanded down and treated, as while trying to put together it caused splinters.
The bottom step also has a large gap, which is dangerous, and an extra piece of wood needs to be added.

We are sorry to read that you have been disappointed with your purchase.
We have searched our records using the email address linked to this review but unfortunately have been unable to find any correspondence from you regarding these concerns. Had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to help investigate the issues raised and arrange any missing parts or replacements where required.
Regarding the screws, if any fixings were genuinely missing from the packaging, this is something we would always resolve quickly by arranging replacements.
In relation to the timber, the wood used on these products is pressure treated for outdoor durability and does not require any further treatment for longevity. As timber is a natural material, some surface roughness can occasionally occur, but we would always be happy to review photographs if there was a concern regarding the finish.
With regard to the spacing on the lower step, this is part of the original product design by Plum. Their play equipment is independently safety tested to the relevant standards, and certain gaps and spacing are intentional requirements to help prevent entrapment risks. For this reason, adding additional timber to alter the spacing may actually compromise the intended safety design.

AMAZING SERVICE
Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick.
Communication was superb. I ordered the small BERG swing set, and thought I couldn’t fit the nest swing on it… I mentioned it to the driver and later the same day.. the shop rang me with a solution. Absolutely AMAZING. Thank you. Would highly recommend ✔️
