Good customer service
They made a mistake in my order , gave me a black sweater instead of white but they agreed to fix and told me to keep the black one 😀

Sweaters are no longer made from cotton or ethically sourced like they used to be. You could easily get this shirt at Walmart for $5. It’s made in Bangladesh.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Shipping was delayed. Shipping was uninformed. When the product arrived I was highly disappointed in the quality and print job. Website mentions returns and exchanges multiple times and yet they don't accept them. They made an exception and I paid $46 for return shipping to Canada and now they've managed to screw up that. Delivery was attempted and I've been told it's on its way back to me. Need I say more? Currently I am out over $200 and without a refund or product I approve of.

Your inability to ship in a reasonable time frame
Your inability to ship in a reasonable time is unacceptable. The gift I ordered arrived 2 weeks after Christmas.

Bee Kind yellow…
I previously bought two Bee Kind yellow sweatshirts which I really like. Ordered the Bee Kind T-shirt in the same yellow. Took months to arrive and when it did it was MUSTARD color. I think you must be having difficulties with the yellow dye because I can't find anything in that yellow on your site now. Hoped to buy another yellow Bee Kind sweatshirt as a gift.

Never again
I've ordered from Wholesome Culture before and didn't have an issue. This time, I got an email a few weeks after my order was placed saying there was an issue with the design and there'd be a delay of a few days. I knew itd be a while anyways (order to be made and shipping from Canada to U.S.) so no biggie.
A few WEEKS later I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed back. They said they'd try to find out more and get back to me.
Nothing for another few weeks so I emailed again. I didn't get a response, but an automated email said my order was shipped shortly thereafter and I got it really quick. Sweatshirt and 1 shirt was stellar, 1 shirt the design was misaligned (so a bit sideways on the shirt).
I wasn't about to try to contact them for help so I'll just never order from them again.

Keeps Me Cool
I love the tanktop I purchased! It's now my favorite! It keeps me cool and is quite comfortable. However, the printing on the top has starting peeling off (the front side).

The fit of my item was horrible
The fit of my item was horrible. They have no return policy. No quality assurance for a $48 t shirt. Not impressed and will not be ordering again in the future which is unfortunate because I’ve ordered twice and the first time was outstanding.

Hoodies are disappointing
Tshirt quality is good. Hoodies screen printing is not great. Disappointing since they're not returnable or exchangeable.

Geen goede kwaliteit, zeker voor de prijs. Shirts zijn nogal warm en zweterig, maar tegelijk dun en doorkijkbaar. De maten van de shirts vallen wijd, maar krap aan de schouders en de maten zijn per shirt anders. Het beetje rekbaarheid of figuur dat er in zit, is er al na 1 wasbeurt uit. Het is mooi dat ze veel voor het milieu zeggen te doen, maar ik denk niet dat ik hier nog kleding zal kopen.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had originally ordered two size L t shirts. Only one arrived, after trying it on. I reached out about the missing t shirt and asked if I could get it in size M instead. They were very accommodating and sent me the other t-shirt as requested. Love the shirt and the design
