I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was deserved.

I recently placed my first order and have only just received it, as I currently live in Dubai and had the items delivered to my mum in the UK first. Having finally seen them in person, I can honestly say I am delighted.

The quality is absolutely beautiful. The finish, craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the pieces look even better than I expected. For many years I have sourced similar components from overseas suppliers, but quality could often be inconsistent. Finding W.J. Sutton has been a breath of fresh air.

Wholesale Jewelry Website offers great product at great prices! Our customers love the 18K PVD products. We purchase their charms and chains for our Charm Bar, anklets, rings, and angel number collection. We have been pleased with everything we have ordered and will continue to order. My suggestions to make it "over the top" wonderful are more for the "back end" - have easy to download excel spreadsheets available with item#'s, descriptions, costs etc. Having to create these documents from an invoice is very time consuming. UPC's on products or even just the packaging, would make it easier for receiving as well but I understand that not all companies invest in UPC technology. If they had this, we would probably order even more. All in all, still a 5 star experience.
