I ordered a large quantity of their Italian charms for inventory along with some from other manufacturers. About 80% of the charms from 8Seasons have such sharp edges to the point I won't wear them myself and definitely can't sell them to anyone. I sent photos showing how sharp and unsafe they are compared to other manufaturers and have been going in circles for weeks trying to get a refund. They should never have sold the product in the first place as someone can seriously cut themselves on these pieces. They say easy returns but that is not the case.

Franchement je ne comprends pas les avis. Si la commande et la livraison se sont bien déroulées, la qualité des apprêts est d'une médiocrité absolue. Certains fermoirs de boucles d'oreilles ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir, d'autres, pas se fermer. Une catastrophe !

J'adore le site 8seasons. Il y a un très grand choix à des prix raisonnables. Le site est clair visuellement et la livraison rapide. Le service client est au top car Nydia est toujours très rapide pour répondre.

I have relied on 8Seasons for several years. They ship well packaged and faster than most companies. If they are out of stock on an item, they give me a choice of waiting or shipping separately at no extra cost to me.

I ordered a huge order from this company. I tracked the shipment because it said it was delivered to my house last week. I never received the package. I have reached out to 8seasons several times, but I haven't heard back from you yet. I have also reached out to the shipping company Yawen, but after several emails, they have not returned any communication.

8Seasons is phenomenal. They have wonderful products that always exceed my expectations. It does take a while for your package to arrive, but that's understandable. Their customer service is so wonderful. Cassie is so lovely and super helpful. I will continue ordering from them!!!

They never fail. Super fast shipping, and when a product is sold out when they ship your order, they never forget to send it later in a separate package one it's available again. Thank you so much for your products and for such a great customer service 😊 I've ordered many times here and will keep coming for more.

Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen. Wir bestempeln bereits seit Jahren Anhänger zur Gravur und hatten mit unserer Machine nie Probleme. Da unsere Kunden vermehrt nach quadratischen Anhängern nachfragten und unser bisheriger Lieferant diese nicht im Angebot hat, habe ich 50 Stempelanhänger von 8season bestellt. Das Ergebnis nach der ersten Testung war grauenhaft. Die Qualität scheint hier nicht zu passen. Ich habe fast 30 Euro dafür bezahlt und auch ein Foto mitgeschickt, worauf man das Problem deutlich erkennen kann. 8season will die Anhänger nicht zurücknehmen und von qualitative Problemen will man dort nichts hören. Man will mir 23 Euro erstatten wenn ich den Rückversand selbst bezahle, welcher 22,99 Euro kostet. Also ein Draufzahlgeschäft. Werde wieder zu unserem alten Lieferanten wechseln und kann aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nur sagen Finger weg!!!
