Excellent Customer Service
My order arrived quick unfortunately a concentrate burning vape pen I ordered did not work. It arrived in a sealed package so it’s not the fault of wet vapes. I contacted them and they quickly sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

The shipment comes within a few days if you order at begining of the week. If something becomes out of stock they connact you immediately and ask you if you have a second choice for your order
The Price is great, and the shipping is quick. The only frustrating thing is alot of flavors are quickly sold and it takes awhile for them to restock the more popular flavors

Their staff are liars and do not know…
Their staff are liars and do not know anything about the products they sell!! The freaky guy while waited on me when I went in to purchase a new VooPoo Drag S I was told they are no longer making them - A BOLD FACE LIE!! He told me the Drag E60 was exactly the same just different style and I purchased two. Well the E60 has a much smaller tank and it leaks all over and it does not hold a charge! I went back with the one still sealed in the package and the freak who sold it to me said “we don’t take returns it’s yours”. I told him the issues and he just walked away from me like a toddler having a tantrum! I went on line to the VooPoo website and lo and behold they DO still manufacture and sell the Drag S!! I called the owner “Raj” who never returned my call!! STAY AWAY FROM WET VAPES!!! negotiation

Fantastic company! I couldn't be more happy! I ordered 3 of a certain flavor of vape juice, and the next day they called me and said they only had one, well they sent that and then I was able to get to different ones without any trouble I can't give praise enough to JJ at that company he needs a raise
