Been a regular customer since 2022 ordering every 3-4 months. We consistently receive quality products and exceptionally prompt in receiving our orders. We love VapeMarkDown!

UPDATE:
Though, unfortunate that it seemed to take leaving a (not-so-nice) review on here to finally get a reply, that did take place. It did not just transpire with a CSR commenting back to me on their direct site, but rather a personal phone call from Dani, herself. I had the opportunity to express my displeasure with the lack of progress that happened lately, as well as Dani personally apologizing to me for the lack of customer care, from their side, and offering a resolution to my recent experience.
Without going into specific details, they did go above and beyond to retain me as a loyal customer. I will take advantage of what they offered to me, at a future date, as I had just placed an order with a different company the previous evening. Or, perhaps, I may just place an order with them soon, knowing that they now have replenished their stock, so I do not run into the same problem down the road?
Regardless, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4. This is taking into account all the positive experience I did have with them through most of the prior three years. Had this latest experience not happened, they would have received 5 stars, without hesitation, and I hope they bring my satisfaction back to that point.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I have been a customer for about 3 years. The past few times I needed to place a new order, it has been extremely difficult to get the brand and flavors I wanted. After reaching out to cs, they informed me the stock was in the process of being replenished. After waiting a couple days, with little to no change, I had to place an order which had to include brands I had not ordered before. This time, I reached out to them two weeks ago, inquiring when stock would be replenished. I was informed, just like previous times, that they would be stocked back up very soon. After a week with seeing no stock, I found other flavors were also now showing out of stock. I reached out, again. I received a reply from Dani, telling me they were actively working on it, and she would give me an update by the next day. Nothing! I waited a couple days and then replied that I was still waiting in the “promised” reply. Still, NOTHING! I sent one more message, yesterday, informing them that I have been waiting over two weeks now, Dani failed to respond as promised, and I would like some answers. Any response? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Even if they got the stock replenished, now, I would not get the order in time to make sure I had not ran out. I am not sure what has happened with the customer care this company used to have, but it has clearly flown away. I am looking for a different supplier, and would suggest you do the same.

This is my go to vape company. Love the sales, occasionally some Matt be DOA but they are Stellar for crediting you're order if you do experience an issue. Awesome customer support and great prices!

I made a purchase with a 20% discount and a day later they offered a 25% discount. I reached out to customer service and they gave me a store credit for the difference in the discounts. It was a very nice thing to offer and I really appreciate the prompt response.

I was a long term customer and generally had great experiences until recently. They almost never had my specific vape in stock and never in the quantities I wanted. My next to last order with them was made up of numerous brands because none of my choice was available again. Out of the seven vapes I ordered, two worked and nowhere for as nearly long as advertised. When I reordered, I left a very clear message in the messages section of the order form. Zero response. ZERO! I’ve moved on to another source.

Hands down best customer service! I've ordered so many times I've lost count. Only had a few defective vapes but account is credited within a few hours usually - no questions asked!

Availability of product flavors varies - but I imagine that's just an industry thing as I had the same issue with purchasing local before discovering VapeMarkdown.com. However, if I check back in a few days/week or so, the flavors seem to rotate and I find my preferences in stock. Since I stock up - this isn't an issue for me.

Usually, I order around holidays - they typically offer sales.

Incredible customer service and the best prices around by far!! I've rarely gotten a dysfunctional one but when I have they've made it right quickly and easily. I recommend them to everyone who vapes! Prices are at least half of my local shop even with shipping, can't beat it!

I’ve been ordering from this company for about a year now. I’ve never been disappointed, only thing I’ve ran into is sometimes my favorites are sold out. This company actually called me after I placed an order to let me know one I ordered was O/S and what other flavor would I like and they added one for free. Amazing company and wonderful customer service! Keep up the good work!!

I have been ordering from them for a few years now and their prices are very reasonable and quick accurate delivery. Very rarely I find issues with my orders, but when I do I send them a email and within a day they hit me back and make it right. By far the best , most trusted place to get vapes online. I really like their products, plus their selections is growing and I get my package fast. Good stuff
