Would definately buy from again
Bought the gym bars and weights, but had a small issue with the bar. Made contact (alas via the spam box first of all, which happens now and again), and everything was made right very quickly and the kit is perfect to use. Things going a bit askew is normal in life, but how those things are dealt with is what matters - and WeTribe were brilliant in making things right. Thank you :)

Ordered the dumbbells
Ordered the dumbbells - great in theory but now completely stuck and won't turn. Only had them a week. No phone number, no live chat, tried emailing - no one getting back to me! Awful product & customer service - expensive and not fit for purpose! How can you not have a phone number for your customers!

We did not receive your initial email — unfortunately, messages from email addresses ending in ymail.com can sometimes be automatically flagged and directed to spam. We have now located your direct email that was sent to us 3 days ago and the contact form from email yesterday,
As a follow up from your Trustpilot review and have sent you a direct reply.
To help resolve this as quickly as possible, please could you send us a short video showing the issue? In many cases, this happens when the weights on either side of the handle have been set to different weight levels, which can cause the mechanism to lock and prevent turning or jamming the mechanism.

It’s very unusual for both bars to be faulty; however, if the issue cannot be resolved, we will of course offer either a replacement or a full refund as needed.

Unsafe adjustable dumbbells
Originally had an adjustable dumbbell pair, after 5 months one began to drop weights that were meant to be locked in eventually hurting me and causing my to lose the skin on one of my toes entirely during use. They sent me a replacement bar which was fine until recently when during exercise a weight fell off and hit me in the face during a workout. On contacting them I got a speedy response offering to pick up the weights - that no one of right mind would ever use again and refund me. Since then I’ve seen no money and no reply to any email. Absolutely disgusting. Their products are completely unsafe AVOID

Sometimes we have to take a view which might seem unpopular. This customer has had there dumbbells for over 14 months and now wants a refund. We agreed to refund after collection at a later date but have been bombarded with pressurised messages even before we can either respond or collect. We don't think this is fair . We believe our products are fantastic and we care about our customers, but as a small family owned business we won't take any more abuse. Sorry. Wetribe is a family and we won't be bullied. We look forward to your comments

Super impressed. Order had done manufacturing issues GymFam couldn't have done more suppe speedy communication, replacement and updates. It's when it goes wrong you truly know how a company operates. They were faultless have bought further products as a result.
