Very helpful in making sure my order included everything needed for my project. Some hicups but the team was responsive and sorted everything. Much appreciated.

Shower dreams made real

Extremely thorough and professional service throughout. Joel answered my many questions to get the best result in a tricky space. We’re delighted and the fitters from H20 were equally brilliant.

West One Bathrooms has access to all the top brands, of course, but what makes them special is the customer service.
We have been working with Robert in Oxshott for several years now - initially sourcing and then follow-up/ maintenance etc. He is helpful, friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. A pleasure to work with.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. West One Bathrooms stands behind the outstanding brands and products it sells. Even several years after any purchase, West One employees assist customers in dealing with warranties and issues with any of the products they sell.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ella, a sales representative at West One Bathrooms, and I can't praise her enough for the exceptional service she provided. From the moment I stepped into the showroom to the completion of my project, Ella's dedication, knowledge, and professionalism shone through.

Ella's expertise in bathroom design and fixtures was evident as she took the time to understand my vision and preferences. She listened attentively to my needs and preferences, offering valuable suggestions and recommendations to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of my bathroom. Her keen eye for design and extensive product knowledge made the decision-making process a breeze.

What truly sets Ella apart is her commitment to customer satisfaction. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my project was executed flawlessly.

Throughout the project, Ella remained accessible and responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns that arose. Her communication skills and ability to keep me updated on the project's progress were greatly appreciated and contributed to a stress-free experience.

Ella's dedication to delivering top-notch service extends to her willingness to work within my budget and offer cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. She truly made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and within my financial constraints.

In conclusion, Ella at West One Bathrooms is a consummate professional who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients' needs are met and exceeded. Her expertise, exceptional customer service, and commitment to delivering the best results make her a standout sales representative. I would highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for an outstanding experience in designing and renovating their bathroom.

Thank you, Ella, for turning my vision into a stunning reality.

Matt at Westone has been fantastic. Super responsive, super helpful and very professional and polite. Logistics issue was solved with speed and effectiveness. I would highly recommend him as a person to deal with.

We did a project with Alberto for our new build and he was most helpful through the whole process in selecting the right items or finding alternatives, also very quick on placing orders and great at communicating! Many thanks!

Robert at West One Oxshott has been absolutely brilliant. From the start of our order to dealing also with an issue from one of the Burlington items, his customer service has been exceptional! Thank you Robert

West One Bathrooms were Initially very helpful but now two months after paying for the order I’m still missing a shower. Have been given a number of delivery dates for this over the last two months, but it still hasn’t arrived. Has caused us major inconvenience at home.

I worked with Kirsten Wain on my bathroom design and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her design was beautiful and she provided excellent advice and assistance throughout the design and construction phases. I's so pleased with the final result. It exceeds all my expectations. It genuinely makes me feel happy every time I walk into the bathroom (even 5 months after it was completed)

It is my pleasure to express our love for the products we purchased from the London Store. Was just passing through the street where the West One store in London 2 years before our house in Cyprus completed renovation. Purchased all bathroom sinks on the spot. The attention and service I received was very professional and the assistance I received from Ms. Ella was so helpful. Moreover, the quality and style of the sinks are so good. Thank u so much for the care and all the help. All products were shipped and received as expected.

In a world of faceless online shopping what a delight to come across West One Bathrooms - exceptional service - charming - personalized - professional and the most Devine products in the world. We are delighted with West One Bathrooms and grateful for their existence. Really out of this world - a big thank you.

I would like to commend Amandeep for his professional conduct in his dealing with my wife and myself when we purchased bathroom items for our renovation for a period of over six months. He was very helpful in his advice and recommendations on our choices. This minimized the mistakes that could have occurred during our project. Anytime we called him he was always willing to help and put us at ease. His interaction with us was first class. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales person.

We worked with Alberto at the Clerkenwell showroom to design our bathroom for our new loft conversion. He was very patient with us as we tried to work out exactly what we wanted, and gave us lots of good suggestions. He also helped make sure everything came in on budget. We are really happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend West One Bathrooms.

We decided to redo our downstairs shower room in our Georgian townhouse and West One Bathrooms came highly recommended. Alberto in the Clerkenwell branch was a joy to work with. We went into the shop with a pretty fixed (and dull!) view of what we wanted and came out with a far more ambitious and creative design. Being an old, listed building, there were quite a few redesigns that needed to happen as we discovered lots of unpleasant surprises as our builder pulled back the layers. But Alberto remained patient and courteous throughout. His creative eye was incredibly valuable. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending West One Bathrooms

Bought a shower cartridge for £436 then noticed it’s not the right one returned the same day. After a month later and 20 calls they managed to refund me. They also deduct £110 for restocking!! Disgusting service.. wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Mark at the Wansdworth Branch has been so very helpful in helping me find suitable products and confirming suitability.
Highly recommended!

Beautiful Chelsea showroom and excellent service. Will definitely use them again.
