I have used Amadeep Ladhar at the Battersea show room and he was fantastic. Very knowledgable and helped me in detail with my bathrooms. I have used them several times and always very happy. He resolved a specific issue we had with design of radiators and found us the perfect match. I will be using his services again and will be recommending Amadeep at West-one bathrooms to everyone I know. Thank you again! ✨⭐️🌟✨⭐️

My experience with West One bathrooms was FANTASTIC! From their service to their selection and prices. I did several bathrooms and my kitchen taps with them. It was all great quality. Yessica Villar from the Kings Road Chelsea location is incredibly knowledgeable. She extremely professional and so helpful. I would have been lost without her. I could not recommend them enough.

We went to West One Bathrooms Battersea for a full bathroom renovation and Deep was incredibly helpful. He helped us select all our fittings, provided advice, was very quick to turnaround any questions we had and was on hand throughout. I would definitely recommend Deep (and have even sent family members his way!). A very high level of customer service and a great showroom in Battersea!

Very disappointing experience in Battersea showroom this morning.
Wanted to buy a couple of the clearance sets for our new build . Asked a question about what was included in the price of one. Salesman asked us to wait whilst he finished working on something . He eventually came over and said he had just answered phone ( instead of coming back to serve us) and had just sold the set we were waiting to buy. But it was first come first served so tough luck . Better customer service would have been for him to attend to us as promised .. so the 10k we were planning to spend will now be spent at CP Hart where they know how to treat and serve waiting customers

Posted in October 23 re. a leaking shower installed late 2019 before lockdown. Action was taken - repairers from door company (showerlab) sent - changed seal - couldn’t change direction of door opening (to inward) as hinges supplied in wrong colour. Leaking again and now awaiting action. Nearly 4 years - would be good to have a shower without a leak. Helpful staff but not seeing any real action, just want this sorted please

I ordered a bath and the pictures on the website showed the plug and waste system fitted in the bath so I believed they were included but these parts were not provided.

The person I spoke to about this said the photo was not relevant and they don't have to provide what's in the picture or explain in the listing if something included in the photo is not provided.

He seemed to think it should be obvious to me that these items were not included but as a customer if you see something in the pictures then it is logical to assume it is included unless it states otherwise.

Had we know that critical parts were not included then we could have factored this into our decision at the start rather than having to go over budget buying them afterwards.

Lily at West One Battersea was wonderful from start to finish - especially as, apart from my initial in-store meeting with her, everything was handled long distance! She is knowledgeable, responsive and extremely helpful and even with a last minute tile problem was able to resolve it in less than 12 hours! We are delighted with the look of our new bathroom and the quality of the fixtures and fittings so much so that our daughter is now hoping to work with Lily to renovate the bathrooms in her new home.

Dealing with Tiago was such a help. He provided solutions to our requirements at every stage and was wonderfully helpful.

Great experience with West One. Lily was very helpful in the design process and put us in touch with a great installer. A very good experience from start to finish.

I found Amandeep Ladhar to be incredibly helpful, he accommodated a return outside of the return window and when I found some parts missing from a shower screen I had ordered months ago but was only just having installed he went out of his way to get the missing parts supplied to me very quickly.

In addition to the excellent customer service all the products are beautiful and fit perfectly in my new bathroom.

Kirsten was enormously helpful. She came up with some great ideas and drew up some plans. She provided excellent advice, taking our preferences into consideration but also offering her own views. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with bathrooms and displayed a passion and dedication to her work. She was always available, and willing to work late to help us get our designs ready within our deadlines. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

We worked with Laura at Oxshott branch and she was fantastic - listened to the brief, was on point on costs and great ideas and design, would highly recommend

I cannot thank Andy Reynolds in the Battersea Branch enough for his assistance during my bathroom rennovation! He brings deep expertise, unlimited patience, guidance & professionalism. I appreciate how quick he is, advises on pros & cons, shares multiple options and lets the customer decide. I visited different bathroom providers before West One, and not once did I enounter such a skilled & kind consultant. Every issue I brought to Andy's attention was resolved asap. Thanks Andy!

I went to the Kings Road showroom and the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Yessica has been following my projects attentively and professionally for a few months, and with kindness and patience she is able to satisfy my needs and solve all the problems.
Furthermore, her positive energy stimulates study in choosing the best solutions, respecting the style I requested.

We have been working with Amundeep at the Battersea showroom for many months now, as we work through our house renovation. He has been wonderfully helpful in guiding us through the selection process and his knowledge has been invaluable. We have had many amends to our order along the way and Amundeep has always come up with a solution we can work with. The whole process can sometimes feel overwhelming, though if you partner with the right people and business, then it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend.
