I loved everything about your service but the shipping container itself was very squashed and I wish we would have a straighter container. Thank you though for everything!
This is the second time we've used Western Container and they have given us great support from start to finish in both instances. Highly recommend if you are looking for a container.
I liked that everything was easy, calling ahead of time , having everything ready by the time I got there. DISLIKED that after I did inspection , I found one of door hindges broken side wall bent and... Vis mer

Everything was good with the delivery
Everything was good with the delivery. The driver called me as requested. When he got there, he put the container right where I requested, and it went fine. My only problem is the right latch on the door is bent out so much, that I can not get a lock into it. I have even tried bending it and hammering it, but it will not budge.

Container is awesome
Container is awesome. However there is no where that I read you must wear a safety vest in order to get out of your vehicle. The gentleman at the yard would not even talk to me without it. And they did not supply one. If I had known I would have purchased one before arriving.

We're very sorry for the issue with your container. It sounds like the delivery driver was informed about the problem with the door but the hauler didn't relay the issue to our office. We appreciate you working with us to get it resolved once we were made aware of the issue. Apologies again, and please feel free to reach out directly to our company if any other issues arise.
Great people to work with

Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

5⭐️ Service
I spoke with the front office the day of the delivery, which gave me a window of time, also, the driver called to give us an approximate time. The delivery of the storage container was delivered in a convenient time We did not have to wait all day. The driver was very courteous, absolutely helpful and with good advice. I give him 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘A.
