The process was easy, the people were thorough and kind. It was a pleasure to do business with CHS and I will be buying from them again in the future. The driver that delivered my containers also was very nice and made sure we had it exactly the way we wanted them before he left. He even offered to shovel gravel.

I take care of my mother who has had 2 open heart surgeries and my grandmother who is 95, we had some damage from not just one tornado but 2 and winds that got up to 80mph.
I wanted to get the best possible deal I could and I almost fell for the okie doke of some of the folks online but I caught myself and read the reviews and the more I read the less I wanted to try and purchase a shipping container.
I needed something I could see, something I could lay my hands on but not expensive as I had the budget of a 95 year old grandmother. If that explains things better. Also as I told my salesman Nick that I also wanted a place that I wouldn't have to drive 22 hours to show up with my AR15 to make sure to keep people honest.
Well, I was contacted by CHS as i listed my want on one of these websites and first thing that I said when he introduced himself was youre local, ok if you can match this price I will bring you cash.
And the second thing that got me was, well when you bring it you can pick out the container you want, it was the clincher for me.
The next day I took him the money and sure enough less than 5 days later I had a container delivered, by a great couple that was a pleasure to deal with and we had it dropped and level in less than ten minutes and it would have been less but one of the cats here wanted to check out what was going on.
Now I feel a little addicted to it and want to buy another one from them as it was such a great and happy experience after all the turmoil and chaos that has happened over the past 6 months it truly was an uplifting experience and gives one hope that things will get better.

Excellent customer service and communication through the entire process. They do a great job with modifications! Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Nic took great care of me made sure i picked the container i needed and made sure it was ready to go when i needed it. I paid on a mknday and recieved on a thursday. Process super easy and laid back. Todd the driver was the most professional delivery driver i have ever worked with. My driveway and spot for my container was very tight but Todd assured me we would figure it out. And that he did. Thanks for great experience. And i seen review on here about nicks mullet. I dont understand how you can judge someone based off of their haircut. Nic was very professional and knew his product very well.. rock that hair do my friend.

Shawn/John and the CHS team did a fantastic job. From Day 1 when they showed us the unit . It was literally pouring rain and they were really helpful. The delivery was flawless. The unit was picked up and dropped off without incident and in the time frame discussed. Highly recommend these guys for any future customers.

If I could give these wonderful folks 10 stars I would! The communication and service is 2nd to NONE. If you are looking for a solid and reliable company that does what they say, you have found it. They made the process of purchasing and recieving storage solutions for our business an absolutely painless project. Their delivery drivers were very helpful and a true pleasure to work with as well. My company recently worked with CHS Container to purchase three 20ft storage containers that we needed on a tight timeline. Initially, I was concerned the experience might turn out to be a case of "over-promise, under-deliver"—but I was completely wrong!

Working with Will was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite several last-minute changes to the paperwork, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The containers were delivered on time, and Will even recommended the most cost-effective shipping method, which helped us stay within budget.

The containers themselves were all 1-trip units and looked practically untouched—our Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and I were all thoroughly impressed.

We were considering the purchase of a shipping container as a sustainable storage solution when my husband reached out to CHS. He left a message and Nic returned his call. Nic provided good information upfront and invited us to come by and look around. At the lot, we toured around available containers and discussed the details of each. Based on our needs, Nic recommended a big green container that was well traveled, but remained in excellent condition. We liked it, but the door was very hard for me to manage by myself. Nic pulled in the crew at CHS and they worked as a team to adjust the door so I could open and close it with ease. It was a great customer service experience! They patiently made adjustments until we reached my level of comfort. Nic also recommended a product to remove the stickers on the container door so it would look tidy on our property. The purchase and delivery process that followed was seamless.

Nic was a pleasure to work with. The container he had picked out for me was in excellent shape, however once on the yard I found I preferred the newer easy open container he had.

The container delivered was full of rust, the door was broken, to where you have to push the door hard to even get it to lock, the locks were in a different place, then I was used to and I felt like I was buying something illegal the way the sales person Nic was kinda sleazy, he had a mullet. Don’t expect having customer service after the sale, because corporate just said handle it with your sales guy. I’m kinda surprised they sent me a review form but, I’ll tell them my experience.
