Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish, advised me of a machine suitable for the task and duration of the operation without trying to sell anything that was overkill. The price of the item was very competitive and suited our budget too. Communications were quick throughout, there was no pressure to purchase and payment for the item was seamless. The option to collect, being local was offered and that was a smooth process from us letting them know who was arriving to the actual collection at site. I'm fully confident that aftersales support will be just as good should we need it.
