Haidee and Bev were amazing. I had a shipment get returned due to an error on my part and they stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process of getting it shipped back to me in the US. As a buyer this was a not so fun event, but they made it a great experience regardless!

What a great experience

I sold some used welding equipment and they where very easy to deal with payment was prompt and collection was done with ease
My only reason for 4 not 5 star is the price they offered was a little lower than I wanted .

Superb customer service
I had seen an extractor I needed on the Westermans website that was 3 phase and I needed single phase, and Craig sent me a menu of choices very quickly via email. I bought the item and arrived in even better condition than I expected and it turned up quickly on apallet. It was almost like new. I also was very happy to find a tin of Westermans shortbread and some nice welding gloves when i opened the well-wrapped box! Great service - I really recommend the company.
