What a terrible experience. No refund or returns available. They say it's because of the substance yet I was able to make a return to a different vape store online. Never ordering from them again. I ordered expedited shipping and it's been 13 days when they claim to do it in 2-10 days, so I paid for extra shipping for absolutely no reason. Not only that but ive emailed them 3x to no response. Awful customer service and awful experience. Glad I can review them.

I'm unsure why this company is a hit and miss. My last order came without any issue but this time it's now been 3 days since a label was printed and my order hasn't been received by USPS. I need this order to arrive- its vape juice which is rather important... if it were anything else I wouldnt mind the wait but they're dealing with people that need their nicotine fix. I just sent a message to them but after reading reviews I have a feeling I wont be getting a response. I'll give it a week before calling my bank since that's the amount of time to wait before filing a claim

I have purchased from this company many times over the past several years wonderful customer service large selection great prices fast shipping OK sometimes it takes a week or two to get a parcel but that’s life in the buying stuff mail order game live with it they often have promotions and often offer free shipping with a minimum purchase five star review from me

I had an amazing experience with them even when one of my bang xxl vapes didn’t work I emailed and they needed a video of it not working and then they are sending me a new one!

Never received any confirmation or tracking number. Just a bill for shipping when I never received anything that I paid for. I wish I had read the reviews before trying to buy from west coast vape supply.

Unfortunately you have to leave at least 1 star, they do not deserve it. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, I was assured it will be shipped in 2 days through USPS. THEY DOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS. I AM DONE TRYING, I'LL LET CHASE DEAL WITH THEM.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I have ordered from them 3 times. Every time the order takes several weeks to ship. They do not have an actual customer service dept at all. They lgnore all emails and voicemails ( yes voicemail) they do not have a phone number that is ever answered. This time I forgot that I had terrible experiences with them in the past and accidently ordered again from them. When I complained in email form to their customer service email they once again never emailed back. Furthermore after complaining that they hadn't even shipped the order after taking the money, weeks later they created a shipping label to appear as if they were shipping it but never did. I firmly believe they are purposefully not shipping it now because I complained. I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau and found out they have over 90 registered complaints relating to shipping, filling orders, and refunds.

Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service, received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks.

I had a simple order. I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.

Made large personal vape order. Ad said shipped in 24-72 hrs. 12 days later, I received usps tracking info that my order was on the way to the post office in California. Horrible service. Only ordered there because a specific flavor wanted was available. Never again!

Never received my package and no communication from this company. Disappointed as they used to be good. Terrible how they will take your money and run.

Unfortunately I’m in the same boat .😡the money was deducted from my account and then I was told they cannot ship to New York. I’ve tried to text and email them since they do not give a number to call .I’ve had no responses and it’s three weeks now. I paid $75 for nothing. I will call my bank and have them credit me back as it was not an authorized payment

This company I have ordered thousands of dollars through them just recently back in March 26, 2021 I placed $127 order I have contacted west coast vape supply multiple times through emails text messages everything that they ask to contact them through customer service. They replied: we have updated our shipping providers and the shipment has been shipped out. however this is the longest I have ever waited for a package. Even during the beginning of cover 19 and they had very few employees working. I am disgusted by this it’s very sad because I was a huge fan of this company and when I read other bad reviews I thought that was hogwash. I believe the next step is to turn to the Better Business Bureau.
The shipping provider they’re using is horrible. The website gives zero information.

This company used to be awesome but now they are awful. Ordered 15 bottle of juice 3/11/2021. I ordered 6 nic. They sent me 15 bottle of the wrong juice. I returned the order a week ago and they have still not sent me my correct order. I spent just under $200 and have NO JUICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALL, Email or Text. *update—-they responded to me after I filed a complaint with BBB. smh

Thank you WestCoast vapesupply!!! I'll be a long time customer. I usually never write reviews but I had read all the bad reviews, got leery of them and avoided ordering for a few months. When the other vape company I was using, ran out of the ejuice I use.....Westcoast vapesupply were the only one who had it in stock. I placed an order & crossed my fingers and hoped I wouldn't have a bad experience. I DIDN'T, they were amazing!! Westcoast had great prices, super fast processing & shipping. It got to me faster then any other site I've used. The order was correct and the products were great! Maybe they use to have issues but seems like they deserve a second chance. Thank you for great customer service!!

It has been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my order. I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦‍♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!
