I've written them over 19 emails. The last thing they did was delete their database and all the orders I'd placed since 2021. Now I've checked again and there's no way to contact them. These people are scammers. This was the last thing I wrote to them on August 7, 2026, and they haven't responded or shown their face. Be careful.
I would like to inquire about my order 5789881, which was never shipped. I paid US$189.17 for it and received two responses from you: One: "Sorry, we are still waiting on our backorder. We get it next week" (June 23, 2026, 11:50 AM), and a second: "Should go out Monday" (June 19, 1:06 PM). For goodness sake, I have sent you multiple emails explaining that I work very hard and don't want to lose my money. I am requesting either the 15 bottles of e-liquid I paid for, which is NAKED - Cuban Blend - 3MG, or the 15 bottles I paid for. I requested a refund of my $189.17, but you never responded again. Now I've noticed you've deleted all my browsing history from your website, where I've been a customer since 2021.

I want to know what will happen. Will you send me my 15 bottles of NAKED - Cuban Blend - 3MG e-liquid, or will you refund my money?

I eagerly await your response or any comments.

I have ordered many times from this co. over many years, with no problems. However, my last order, made on May 28 (order 5789448), has still not been received, all these weeks later! I have sent multiple emails, with no response. Their listed phone no. is not in service.
They had no problem taking my money ($50.52), but can’t even reply to a single email, while NOT shipping my order??
This is customer service 101: REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I’ve bee waiting for two separate orders from December last year and February this year. Their shipping company wouldn’t ship to me and returned the packages in March. I’ve emailed multiple times about a refund but they’ve now decided to stop replying to me

Over a month after I made a purchase the order was still not shipped. I requested that the order be cancelled. I received an email back about a month after the initial purchase saying that the items were back ordered. I requested for the order be cancelled 2 more times. They responded by saying "shipping today sorry for the delay" They ignored the request and shipped the order anyway. It got delivered while I was not home so I could not refuse it. I have tried to email them to make sure that if I pay for shipping to return the items that I will be refunded. They have ignored all communication attempts since shipping the order.

We’ve been West Coast customers for years. We live right here in CA, just like them. Over the past 2 years everything changed. Me, guessing, they are not the same owners, or, they have better interests.
Three years ago it was order, package, and ship. Now it’s like pulling teeth!! I believe I just lost $300

I took my business elsewhere after three emails went ghost. Such a shame!! Please report this business to the BBB should you also be a victim of their poor business practices. Good luck.

This is the 2nd time they've sent me items I didn't order. This 2nd time, I ordered 9 bottles, 7 different flavors, and they were out of stock and just replaced items in my cart and sent it. They should update their stock or check in with the customer before they replace the out of stock items with different items. I've been a customer for about 8-10 years and the past 2 years have gone down hill. I'm done.

I've used them in the past and it was great. but not this time. Emailed 3 times about my order no response at all. I need my order or my damn money back!

Absolutely no support whatsoever. They do not respond to their support email. There are no phone numbers to call. I’ve tried to speak to them about a problem with an order for over a month and are totally unable to get a hold of anybody to talk to or respond to an email do not buy from these people.

Order placed on 7 April payment taken immediately , and then nothing. No delivery, no meaningful update.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and received no response the issue. Even after escalation, to the CEO, there has been no resolution, no shipment confirmation, and no refund.
As an international customer (Netherlands), this is especially concerning , once payment is taken, communication effectively stops.
At this stage, I’ve had no choice but to escalate formally via BBB, eConsumer, and my payment provider.

I bought 2 bottles of 0 vape juice they put them in an envelope which had very little padding with both ends open. These bottles were coming from Florida to Texas. Not a smart idea. It's delivered one bottle busted all the way empty all over the envelope inside and out the other bottle mashed leaking everywhere I take pictures I send them text messages no answers I send them email no answers nothing absolutely nothing I spent $40 on this stuff I don't have $40 to just throw in the trash can but I guess they think I do will after a week or so or 2I find out they gave me a $13 refund oh boy that's a big one buddy. Do not buy from them look somewhere else I don't care how cheap you think they are it is not going to be worth the hassle of not getting your stuff or getting it damaged or half of it you get it and the rest you don't they've got bad reviews everywhere you look I wish I would have known it before I messed with them but now I know I don't know how they can stay in business like this how do you run a business like this and treat people like that it's awful

Waiting for 2 weeks now have sent messages to them an still NO RESPONSE FROM THEM the order has been in the same place since day one very very poor customer service began ing to think if there even a real co I won't ever order from them or send anyone to them .

I placed an order end of Feb. After 2 weeks of no communication and no order, it took about 4 emails to them to finally reply there is a delay. Fine, I emailed to cancel my order and refund the money they grabbed the day after I placed the order. So far no response to the request I have now sent 3 times. And naturally there is no phone nbr to call. Big surprise!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS,

I have ordered twice from West coast vape. It does take longer for you to receive your order, however, both of my orders have been correct. The first order took 14 days exactly and a week for the second one. I did read the reviews but I gave them a chance. I'm glad I did. My advice is to order way before you are out of product and you should be fine.

Shipping was delayed about two weeks from when email said it was to be delivered... everything arrived intact except one item on backorder. Item appears to have shipped out a couple days after others. Didn't answer email to support department though.

I placed an order with West Coast Vape Supply online about 10 days ago and haven't received any updates to my order. After reading the reviews, in kicking myself for not letting that be the first thing I did. I see I originally paid for a product I will never receive!

TLDR: Lack of response & order not filled. We are not getting close to 2mo with no order & lack of customer support. Am now working w/bank to charge back the order.

I placed an order on 6.3.2025 and have not received it yet. They are low/out of stock on the Novo 5 pods. I reached out, they informed me of some options: I could wait. I was heading out on a trip, so cool - no rush. I come back two weeks later and the order is still not fulfilled. Reached out to customer service again via email. Gave me me some options. Told them to ship what they had & cancel the novo 5 pods they did not have in stock.

Have had no response or feedback. Basically I paid for an order that I have not received. Not even a response to partial ship what was ordered. I'm also getting ready to move and have cited this numerous times as to timeline and/or managing changing ship to address.

They used to be great, I loved supporting them as they used to be super solid & reliable. Now, I think i'll have to move to another vendor like Element Vape to start shopping with. :(

I did order via Element Vape & got my order in 5 days.

It was given one star only because I can't give it zero.
Customer service was prompt to return my very first email, not one since. They took my money immediately & the website says it will ship within 72 hours.
That was May 22nd. It is now June 11th. And customer service will not respond. 127$ and I know I'm never going to receive it.

Requested a refund & fortunately I did eventually receive it.
However I would not recommend this site to anybody

Order was placed in late March and was allegedly shipped on March 25. The tracking has never updated and says it's waiting for the package. We blew by the 2-7 business day delivery window and yesterday was the 10 day grace period the carrier gave. No reply to email. I think I may have just been scammed.

Ordered pods for my Geekvape Digi Max - they sent coils versus the pods I ordered (5 boxes) and I’ve contacted them three times to rectify the problem, oddly (but had I read their trustpilot reviews beforehand it wouldn’t be surprisingly!) they have completely ghosted me and won’t respond to repeated attempts at reaching them. Avoid them at all costs! And what’s up with the no phone number to call them situation? It screams “we aren’t legit” from the get-go. Lesson learned, sadly.
