Really good service from Andy Shaw at Wesleyan. Warm, helpful approach. Good, positive advice about your own situation....and he answered all my daft questions not only with patience but with insight why I would ask them.

It was a very informative session and Satish clearly explained each of the pension projections, based on different age of retirement. He was able to answer all of my questions and clarify any points I was unsure of. He also made me aware of dates in the future which could result in an impact on my pension calculations.

Ifty Bhatti has always been really thorough and friendly when helping us secure a mortgage and life insurance/critical illness cover. He always makes time for us including late appointments to accommodate our work commitments. Explains everything really well. Always really happy with his advice and recommendation.

Satish is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions clearly and without rushing. He also mentioned that I could contact him again if I needed any further clarification on the points discussed.

I have been with Wesleyan for 56 years. I am now trying to retrieve some of my funds. They are impossible to deal with! Incompetence doesn’t even start it. If I were to list my grievances, it would make a book. I would suggest anyone looking to invest, give this company a very wide berth.

I had heard how great Wesleyan are and having experienced it first hand now I can see why people have been so positive about their experiences. Raj Swali was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful, patient, supportive and I am so grateful to her for everything that she has done.

Really valuable and informative session with Naz. He took us through our pension statement step by step, making sure we understood the options available to us. Any questions were answered in detail, clarifying our understanding. Would highly recommend.

Karen Smith knows how to relate well to a person’s needs and explains information clearly. She is always happy to clarify or go over something if asked. She’s efficient and keeps to time without rushing through things.
She sets a comfortable pace with the right level of detail.

This was the best review we have had with Wesleyan. Tom was superb and listened to us carefully. The advice he gave was 'first class'. The most important part of the review was Tom's empathy. We have not received this before. He encouraged us in what we have done and said he agreed this was the best course of action and he thought our plans and actions were the best. This was a really good outcome for both of us!

A really useful meeting. Chloe was well prepared and knowledgeable. I now know more about my pension structure and the decisions I need to make over the next few years. It is good to know I have options with regard to my current career too, without impacting my pension significantly.
