She worked to make sure our deal went through in time given the rates were due to increase the following day and even when there were issues with the system processing payment, did not give up to make sure we secured the rate!

Previously, a few years ago, I had a quote which was way off the mark for me so I was a bit wary, but this time was very different. Had a pre planned phone call to discuss Home Insurance with Chris Ibbitson of Wesleyan Financial Services. From the outset the call was friendly, positive and professional.
