I greatly appreciated the opportunity to speak to the same advisor for my recent annual review (Tom Kearns), who was able to cover a lot of information & additional questions in a relaxed way. He was very generous with his time, & prior knowledge of my circumstances meant that I was able to focus on areas of importance at present & also obtain further specialist information.
Having had a number of Wesleyan investments/policies for over 15 years, I would highly recommend their services & the value of the Ongoing Advice Service.

I had a prompt reply after filling in an online form i found on Facebook. Someone called me back within a couple of days as i completed the form on the weekend. They found out what requirements i had, and then booked a convenient time for me to speak with a specialist.
Chloe was very professional and patient, as i was ignorant about the TP scheme and had too many questions. At the end of the appointment, i had a very clear understanding of the TP and was able to take decisions about what i have to do, with confidence. I am very grateful for this service and that i got to speak with Chloe, all for free! Thank you very much Chloe, you helped me massively!

Eli Black reached out whilst my usual advisor is on leave. It was easy to arrange a meeting and Eli walked through each of my policies and was able to address the questions I had. We reviewed my appetite for risk, where I was in terms of working/retiring and how to minimise tax burden.
