Grateful for getting my pregnancy and giving birth experience with WeShare. One of the most known chain of hospitals in my area accept UHSM. So I didn’t have difficulties to find services in network. Also I had issues with bills from provider, but customer service resolved everything. Great work. Thank you, Tiffany, for guiding me through initial steps as finding a provider to general questions.

Don provided excellent and courteous service throughout the call. I could not be happier with his service today. Thank you Don!

Heather helped me today to process my husband's bill from UMC. UHSM failed to pay the bill. My husband was admitted last Aug. 18, 2025. It's been a yr. & now we're getting a statement bill from UMC. This is the 2nd time that UHSM failed to pay our med. bills.

Don S was able to work through my questions and contact the billing department at the hospital.

I worked with Missy M today. I was so stressed out trying to get my son an appointment and figuring out how to navigate using the new insurance; she got my family and I totally set up! Every interaction with WeShare has been wonderful- patient, kind, and competent people who seem to truly love their job and are Christian-focused. I had no idea healthcare could be this easy. I was so worried to switch off traditional insurance, but I could not be happier with my experience. I'm recommending all my friends and family to switch!

After my review I was contacted by Kevin Pham with customer management. After discussing the situation I was refunded my application fee. I appreciate the company honoring the misinformation that I was given.

Would like to give zero stars. I spoke with Stephen Wilson. After a long conversation and giving my medical history I paid my $149.00 application fee. I was told if I was not accepted I would receive a refund. I was denied, was advised by Stephen to appeal which I did. Submitted more paperwork. Then submitted even more paperwork and was denied again. Stephen said he would appeal to another manager. After talking with Stephen and asking for the refund in both email and phone conversations and being told he would work on the refund, I am now told I am denied and again and will not receive the refund because I had an appeal and denial. Not very Christian. Feel I have been scammed. Wasted time with this and now am out the $149.00..
I will advise anyone that asked to avoid this company.

The customer support has been fantastic so far in answering my questions and getting me started. My first call was with Farhan and today I spoke with Alex Chavas who helped me with additional questions I had.

Alex was very helpful with accessing the WeShare app and answered all my questions.
He was great!

Natausha Jefferson was so helpful on my phone call. She was able to reach out to the two clinics and send the info needed to expitite the bills. Hopefully all will get worked out soon but she was very helpful with the process so far!

I very recently switched my health insurance after having a very bad experience with Med Mutual protect. I am very pleasantly surprised with weshare so far in how professional and courteous everything has gone so far. I just had a consultation with Alex Chavez and he was wonderful and informative. So far..so good, I am very impressed with the transition/on boarding!

Very helpful and really trying to solve the problem you have! They even walked us through which drs offices took our insurance close to us when we were having trouble highly recommend!

I don't usually have good experiences with customer service representatives, but NaTausha was super helpful and very kind. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied

Chris helped me get my bill straightened up and was quick snd orderly about it

Melissa was very professional, patient, & knowledgeable. She was very helpful in resolving the issues I was experiencing & was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I have worked in customer service for over 36 years. She is a great asset to your company!

He was SO patient and kind. Explained everything SO clearly. I said to my husband I sure hope this is legit because this company has a calming feature behind them. He is willing to look into this for me and then follow up with me. I really appreciate that kindness.
