Friendly customer service.

WeShare representatives were immediately helpful and comforting when I found myself in a situation where my 5-person family was without health insurance for a period of time in between jobs. It was also affordable compared to all other options. I greatly appreciate the assistance and coverage that WeShare provided.

I had a billing issue with my OB office and the office was not helpful as far as getting the billing resolved. I was so thankful when Mayra (from WeShare) told me she could handle and resolve the issue while I waited on hold. Thankfully she was able to get the issue resolved in such a short amount of time and was able to get me a refund from the OB office. Thank you Mayra!! You were so kind and extremely helpful!

Positive open communication, all interactions were very professional but personal and geared towards us as individuals - not just a number. We actually didn't need health care provision during our time but felt that all the information to utilize was clear and easy to follow if needed.

I had ran into a financial hardship and called to cancel my insurance all together. When Kris Cobb answered the phone and heard my concerns he immediatly showed concern and went to work helping me in anyway not to go without insurance. He got me into a plan that was less of a payment but went above and beyond to offer me a one time discount. Kris listened to my situation and he spoke hope into me and I could feel God's presence in our conversation. I was moved to tears twice from the spirit confirming what Kris was saying about God answering my prayers and my situation turning around. He really had a big impact on me today and I still have the peace of mind knowing I am still covered if an emergency were to arise.

I spoke with Missy M today on getting some bills straight. She was exceptionally friendly, and spoke to the companies while on the line with me. She got everything straighten out. She was so kind and caring. Such a pleasure to speak with. Top notch employee.
