Chris Cobb, was absolutely amazing He helped me get all my request fulfilled and was timely and courteous. The We Share Program I believe was ordained by God to help those who can not afford the traditional insurance cost. I am so Thankful. I 110% Recommend this program!!! Thank you We Share Team!!!

Sara K was amazing and stayed on the phone with me and reached out to a provider that was sending me bills for outstanding service. She also assisted me with setting up an appointment with a new medical provider. Being I just started my WeShare program in January 2026 I was concerned I made the correct decision with my health care coverage and all her help today confirmed I did make the correct decision. Robyn was absolutely phenomenal! She was so kind and patient, answering my many questions. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Just a pleasure to speak with and she took care of everything with ease. I hope to speak with her next time I call.

Admittedly, at first, trying to call UHSM via 800# was incredibly frustrating. Called 3 times, on hold for 30-40mins, never got through. Sent emails (had 2 seperate issues to cover) explaning my needs and expressing my frustration. Recv'd call from Antionette today, took care of both issues on the same call. She was awesome. She had to actually make a few calls herself to different depts but called me back within 5 mins to confirm resolution to both issues. Now, I am very happy. The majority of the the time (95%) when i talk to a rep, the service is great. But, getting to a live rep is a real BIG ISSUE. The hold times of 30-40+mins is insanely maddening. This is mostly for upper mgt, they need to staff more reps, especially during peak times of the day.

I had to have emergency surgery while on vacation, which was my first experience with the WeShare Health team. Being new to this I was a bit confused on the billing and my responsibility so I called and spoke with Lorraine from Customer Service - she was an absolute GEM! She was very helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Everyone on the Customer Service team has been incredibly nice, professional and helpful, which has made this experience so much less stressful!

Today Margo from UHSM called in response to an email I sent with several problems I've been having with claims. Many of which have been beyond stressful.
Margo was excellent at first giving sympathetic apologies for what we've gone through the past several months.
She was very thorough in walking me through the issues and giving a resolution in getting results and answers we needed! She made me feel like we were going in the right direction to get resolutions with providers and my medical bills with the help of UHSM.
Still praying for good outcome. Margo was extremely helpful and kind!!
