I called WeShare to ask what I thought was a simple question and would be off the phone within a few minutes, little did I know that three hours later “Heather” went above and beyond the call of duty to get some previous issues I was having with my healthcare plan, that I , unfortunately had to use a few months earlier, in the process of being taken care of and finalized l.
What was a chaotic mess, “Heather” took the time to make sure that my issue was categorized in such a way that if/when I need to call back, for any reason, any associate would be able to pick up right where we had left off without having to repeat my lengthy story over and over again, to a different associate each time because as most of you know you cannot request the same associate you spoke with before. It’s a first come, first serve basis.
She was not only helpful in that way but very pleasant to speak with on the phone, answering any and all questions that I had. I never once felt rushed through our conversation or felt in anyway that my issues were not viable and/or valid.
What was once a chaotic mess, I feel and trust will be all worked out.

He listened patiently to my difficulties in getting a straight answer from my dr. office billing dept. He knew the right questions to ask them and got an answer immediately. I am very happy and grateful for We Share and help from great people like Chris!
