My iPhone wasn’t charging, so we called in at the Headington branch. A quick squirt of the right solvent and the problem was fixed, and we weren’t even charged. Thank you!

Excellent service from Muhammad in the Bicester branch. Unbelievably fast turn around, from initial contact, to problem fully sorted. Much faster than any other repair option I had contacted.

Headington Branch. iPhone 13 Pro Max Camera replacement . Worked for 5 days and then same problem. £130 down the pan. Returned to the shop only to be told only one guy who conveniently was not onsite could have a look at it. I don’t trust this shop at all. I’ve since had it repaired by a friend who said the new part? Was never going to work properly with the amount of dust within the phone . Awful experience and expensive.
This is the second time I used we fix and trade - first for my iPad and now for my iMac. Their service is incredibly quick and great value and they are able to do things that "official" Mac say they can't (for example simply fixing a cracked screen!). This time they were able to update the hard disk of my desktop. So helpful, efficient and great value.
Excellent service, really excellent! They went over and beyond to get my new iPad operational. I’ll use them again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you guys!

I visited We Fix and Trade in Kidlington with my friend today because she couldn’t turn on her IPhone but within minutes the sales assistant had fixed it. He definitely lived up to the shop’s name. Thank you so much for making my friend so happy.

I have a 2017 Macbook Pro that was in full working order, fully up to date with all the latest software revisions distributed by Apple, fully functional and performant. As with many Apple products, the machine was recommending a battery replacement due to its age.
With possibly a very naive view of helping support local high street businesses’, I took the machine to We FIX & TRADE at 1a Crown Walk in Bicester (OX26 6HY) to have the battery replaced. This company ‘claim’ to repair Apple products including laptops. It took 4 days over a bank holiday weekend to replace the battery.
WE FIX & TRADE have outlets throughout Oxfordshire in BOTLEY, HEADINGTON, KIDLINGTON & BICESTER and the Companies House registration has a AA Khan as the Director.
After, I took collection of the laptop and on returning home and powering it up, I immediately received critical errors during the boot process and required to boot in safe mode and then re-boot. Further errors kept occurring on subsequent restarts of the machine. The machine also crashed when the lid was closed rather than going into sleep mode. It quickly got to the stage where the machine would only start in ‘Safe Mode’. However, the original battery warning had been corrected with the replacement.
I returned the machine the next morning to We FIX & TRADE who immediately denied any responsibility and claimed it was a software error (despite the machine being fully functional prior to the battery being replaced). I provided several pictures of the error and indeed demonstrated it to them.
We FIX & TRADE took the machine back to carry out diagnostics but subsequently claimed all was ok (I would question just leaving it switched on for 24 hrs is diagnostics!) At that time, I suspect they did not install the battery correctly which was causing it to crash.
I have subsequently replaced the battery that WE FIX & TRADE installed with one I purchased. When carrying out this work I discovered that WE FIX & TRADE had used the wrong variant of the battery which appears to output a different amper than the correct battery variant – pretty critical in complex electronics!
After replacing the battery with the correct one, the machine is now fully functional without any errors.
We FIX & TRADE did not offer any further support and indeed have not offered any compensation. They charged £180 for the battery and work. and I was left with a laptop that was barely useable.
Caveat Emptor! I have doubts that this organisation have the capability, experience or skills to repair Apple Mac products or indeed provide a reasonable after care service.
