Excellent Service Throughout
After having trouble with my cooker the team at Wefix came out to repair it next day. Their service was excellent and professional from start to end and I would highly recommend to anybody requiring an appliance repair service.

We hired WeFix to come and fix our microwave oven and refrigerator. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Andy and the team.

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!
I recently used Wefix for a repair on my washing machine and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call, they were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. They booked me in quickly and kept me updated with arrival times so I wasn’t left waiting around.
The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. No hidden costs, no pressure — just honest advice and quality workmanship. The repair was completed efficiently and my appliance has been working perfectly ever since.
What really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were in my home. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill, reliability and genuine customer care, but Wefix absolutely delivered.
If you’re in the Liverpool area and need an appliance repair, don’t hesitate — these are the people to call. I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need anything fixing.

Polite, helpful and efficient
Andy and the team were polite, helpful and incredibly efficient. Managed to fix our washing machine really quickly. Have recommended to him others as well and they always say how good the service is.

Faulty washing machine
Had a faulty washing machine and was panicking that I would have to buy new. I called wefix and they came the same day and got the job done! So happy with their speedy and friendly service. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Reliable and good communication
We’ve had wefix round for a couple of appliances now and found them to have great communication both in bookings and with the engineers themselves. They have shown up reliably and saved us money not having to buy new goods. Would recommend.
