Ordered two of said lights 6 weeks ago. Supposedly first delivery got damaged in transit however couldn’t verify with their tracking….second tracking stated no tracking available due to COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE! Requested a refund…..we shall see!

Uktrendzone.com scamming the customers

Uktrendzone is a total fraud I ordered three of them and the only thing I got was one single image on each of the slides. This is not what they advertise this false advertisement, illegal selling of an items and many more illegal actions. We need to file a class action lawsuit against YouTube because they allowed this fraudulent product to be advertise on their website. Another thing they forced us to give this item a star in order to write a review. This item Is a negative star YouTube product review team is not doing there job because one star do not send out an urgent review. I am going to look up YouTube product review team and then come back to this site. Tried to get a product review before I ordered this product but I couldn’t get any thing normal it’s right there with the product.

The only way to deal with these scams tees is to report them and get a refund. My Lloyds account advised go to the app and click on the item ie uktrendszone and click ‘item not as described’. This will trigger a refund and hopefully an alert at the payment stage!

They said it was delivered....the email came a 3:11 am with a UPS tracking number. UPS doesn't come at that time, the tracking number was not recognizable by UPS and there was not package. I ordered it weeks ago....then I came and read the Trustpilot reviews. I too am experiencing what everyone is saying. It is unfortunate that this company continues to be able to advertise on any social media. I looked at their website link that was in the email and I immediately knew I had been scammed based on the "products" and quality of the site. I sent email to the company no response. Here is the website link. uktrendzoneDOTcom Cookware, knives and cutting boards....8 products and 1 is a handheld vacuum. Nothing about the product I ordered.

I can’t believe YouTube is allowing them to advertise fraudulent content? Should be something we could do about this? I’m so irritated I chose this stupid fake company over Amazon! Looks like it came from China? Whom seems to always use American faces to advertise their businesses.

I was asking for a Tracking Number. I never received one. I did get charged for the product. Seeing the disappointment of the product. See if I can cancel the order or have my Visa Cancel this.

Absolute scammers i bought a product that is supposed to turn your room/car into the ocean absolute rubbish one small light with something that looks like a fish,totally ignored when i tried to get a refund,miss sold for definite , do not purchase from this company

I ordered two (2) of the Ocean and Galaxy projectors on July 6, 2026 and still have not received them. My last contact with them on their so called email that does not go through anymore. There is no way to contact them to complain nor ask when again and again will the products arrive. Now I will contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Very disappointed with UK Trendzone! They advertise an immersive 3D moving images of ocean scenes yet what you receive is just a small single image slide projector from China! Very poor quality! Don’t buy from this site!

Product is nothing like advertised. Shame on you You Tube for still allowing this advert to continue. I tried to report it and Google told me that it doesnt break any of there rules. So people being conned is ok with them. All emails sent to UK trend zone bounce back. I have reported them to trading standards and I am trying to get my money back through the bank. People like this make me so angry and its a shame that alot of people have fallen for this .

Well I’m back and soooo upset that they would literally scam us like they did. I also received the black version and 6 slides x 2. Yes, ordered 2 of them and I can even do anything with them. A child wouldn’t be satisfied with this and they knew that when they advertised it! Soon as I opened the package I could tell I didn’t get what I thought I was! FOR THE PEOPLE WHO COME HERE TO SEE WHAT THE REVIEWS ARE ON THIS PRODUCT, PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED LIKE WE ALL HAVE BEEN! I’ve been charged and I don’t see how I can possibly return the items being that I was deceived into believing the purchase would be satisfactory to my liking! They should be ashamed of themselves as well as YOUTUBE FOR ALLOWING THEM TO SCAM US VIA THIER CHANNEL!! We have to be just a few of the many people who has been taken advantage of! It’s terrible!!! I got it delivered it's the black looking one not white paid for 24 lens got 6 .it's terrible and paid $60.00 aus . The display is like looking through a pair of someone's glasses not prescribed for yaself. The blurry visual is like 30cm . Stay away I should of known rubbish that's on me and the bin as that's where this going

If this had the option of ZERO, that would be my experience. I have sent SEVERAL EMAILS AND REQUESTS for a refund, seeing as the advertisements are NOT what I got. I wanted to give the kids an ocean experience. I got a projector that puts a sticker on the wall. No movement, nothing! I could have free handed a painting if that was what I wanted!

I wish that I read revues earlier. Its total SCAM I ordered product 8/1/26 and no answer, no product. The way that product is described in revues, I even don't want it to come. It's seems no money back eider. Lesson learn.

Total scam. Customer service email address is invalid to even try to get a refund. Do not buy this!

The item received was not what was ordered. Total garbage and a complete waste of money. Emails to support are returned as undeliverable. SCAM
