The costumer service beforehand was so helpful and kind and made it possible for me to get a specific dress I wanted to try on reserved for me bc it was only available in my size in this exact store.
The bridal dress shopping was great, the team in Eindhoven, especially lovely Jennifer, was really kind and supportive. The whole experience was wonderful and I am totally happy and content with my dress and choosing Wed2be as a store. I can only recommend it!

⭐️ Very poor experience — 1 star

Went today to collect 6 bridesmaid dresses. I’d called specifically to check when they’d arrive, only to be told they’d actually been sitting in store ready for collection since the end of April. It is now 15th June — over six weeks later — and I’d heard absolutely nothing.

When I raised this, the manager claimed someone tried calling me back in April. I check my voicemail daily; there were no missed messages or calls from them anywhere. She also said email is their standard process — but no email was sent either. On their own record form, it clearly shows only one single note of a “call attempt”, with none of the follow‑ups or extra tries that should have happened.

Then I was charged £10 per dress just for plastic covers/bags — the cheapest of items. Given how badly handled the whole process was, you’d expect these to be offered as a simple goodwill gesture, not an extra fee.

When we finally got the dresses out, she just said “check them” but didn’t explain what exactly we were supposed to be checking. I even had to prompt her to open the packaging fully so I could confirm the sizes were right.

Disorganised, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude even from the manager herself. Not the service you expect when you’re preparing for a wedding — definitely won’t be recommending.

Tilly was so helpful, patient, and picked me out the most beautiful dress. Can’t thank you all enough!

Chloe was absolutely incredible! She found everything I wanted! She helped me try the dresses I’d seen online, listened to what I liked/didn’t like about them, found me other dresses that I hadn’t even considered and actually found me THE DRESS! She made me feel so at ease throughout and took a genuine interest in our wedding day. She really helped me to feel confident and comfortable. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t put any kind of pressure on me. She made my experience a really positive one! Thank you so much Chloe!

Excellent experience at the Manchester store with Ocean. She was lovely, bubbly, helpful and made us feel at ease. Found my perfect dress which topped it off!

After finding I'd been sold a dress a size bigger than needed, by 2 sizes, thus having to pay for alterations,as no returns policy. I would not recommend Wed2b then to be ripped off with all the packaging at the end being told this is normal, no sorry I will not be recommending you

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Jennie who did my consultation was lovely and really helped put me at ease. She was great at finding options and helping me find my perfect dress. Overall was a brilliant experience.

The girls were so lovely and made me feel comfortable. The genuine love they have for each client is so clear to see. Thankyou so much for making my day memorable x

I was really apprehensive about trying on wedding dresses but Lena really put me at ease, listened to all of my preferences and made my experience really enjoyable. I couldn't fault the experience of the staff, helping us try out different sleeves, veils and possible alterations. All of their hardwork paid off and I said yes to my dream dress!

Went to wed2b in hull today and wow what an experience kelise was amazing she made me feel so special and beautiful especially after a bad experience at the other place I went to first! Such an amazing day and I said yes to the dress! Thank you

Walk in service, so no booking needed which is great. As we entered the staff greeted us and let us have a look at the dresses as we waited. We weren’t waiting long to be seen. A staff member called Molly was the one how helped me find my dream dress. She was friend, welcoming and very supportive. Overall my experience here was 5/5

I had the most amazing experience yesterday, I had Sofia helping me and she was incredible, so calming, kind and knew what she was talking about. She wasn’t pushy at all and I didn’t feel rushed or forced to buy anything I didn’t want.
I ended up trying on dresses of every shape and fell in love with a shape I never thought I would, I felt so beautiful and Sofia was really complimentary and really boosted my confidence and self esteem. Thank you so much for helping me but my dream wedding dress, I can’t wait to see my fiancés face when he sees me walking down the aisle 🩵

Polite staff value for money personal service. The only negative thing was long wait but was busy. It would be lovely if they offered a drink while waiting was over an hour and half .

I visited the Chelmsford store yesterday with my bridesmaids and flower girls and had an excellent experience. Alecia provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. I highly recommend this store and would like to thank Alecia for making our visit so special.

I visited the Bournemouth store and was seen by the lovely Rebecca from the Glasgow store. I felt really lucky to visit on the weekend Rebecca was down as she was brilliant at her job and made me feel so comfortable. Rebecca took the time to listen to what I liked and how I felt in each dress. The whole process was so special and it wouldn’t have been the same without Rebecca. I was lucky enough to find my wedding dress with the support of Rebecca. Rebecca is a credit to the wed2b company and is absolutely fantastic at her job!! Thank you for making the experience one I’ll never forget!
