Amazing team.
I needed to repurchase same dress 2 sizes smaller. They phoned round and found me one. I was sooo happy.
They arranged delivery and when it was arriving later than originally planned. The store held it for 2 weeks until I returned from holiday.

Maddie was amazing! I went in not expecting to find a dress and I did. She guided me so well and showed me options I never thought I'd like. With her help and guidance I left with a stunning wedding dress and completely different style to what I thought I would want! She was so patient with me too. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend visiting Wed2b Manchester! It was my first time dress shopping and I'd only gone to start looking at options, I never meant to find the one! So appreciative of Jazz's time; she was an exceptional stylist who spent so much time showing me how to personalise gowns, from sleeves to belts and so much more. Can't thank her enough!

I got my wedding dress at the Glasgow store earlier today and I cannot speak highly enough of the shop, the staff and the vibe - everything was just perfect! We were lucky enough to be paired with Rebecca as our stylist whose expertise, advice and energy made for a fabulous experience. All the staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming and made myself and my partner feel so at ease. I would highly recommend this store to any brides to be!

I went to the Surbiton branch and the experience was good in many ways. Help selecting dresses, styles etc. The wait was very long as there were only 2 staff. The dress I selected came up small and I was tempted to go elsewhere, the saleswomen convinced me it could be altered and gave me the numbers of their recommended alters. The woman I went to stated that it was going to be extremely difficult to make it fit and very expensive. In the end she is so good that I do have a dress that fits! At a large cost. Just a small warning that it is a hard sell for you to leave with a dress and they can be very convincing. Make sure it fits! As a small detail, to be charged for the box and hanger seems greedy too! I would go to a proper wedding boutique if you can afford to.

Lauren was fab. She made me feel so relaxed in our time together! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to be helping me out!!

I cannot recommend enough, we visited last week and had summer helping me find my dress. She was so kind and helpful and took so much time helping me. The other girls in the store were so lovely too, I was super indecisive but they were so patient and offered support throughout. I ended up finding my dress thanks to summer and the girls at this store. I cannot thank them enough for listening my to all my worries and helping me find my dress.

Ich war gerade in der Moerser Filiale, um mein Brautkleid für eine Herbsthochzeit zu kaufen. Die Beratung war supergut und ich musste gar nicht viele Kleider anprobieren, bis ich mein Traumkleid gefunden hatte! Dank der unfassbar netten Mitarbeiterinnen war ich die ganze Zeit am Lächeln und habe mich wirklich wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.
Ich kann den Laden für alle zukünftigen Bräute nur empfehlen und kann mich nur bei allen Angestellten bedanken!

Exeter store was shut when we arrived despite the opening hours displayed on their website & door. Complete waste of our time. Spend your money elsewhere.

As a bride, I honestly did not have a good experience.

The first time I visited, everything went well. I was able to try on different dresses, and I left because I needed some time to think and make my decision.

However, when I came back for my second appointment, I was not allowed to try on the dresses I had previously liked. I was repeatedly told that I had already tried them on before. Instead, I felt pushed toward choosing another dress, and there was a lot of pressure on me to buy it immediately.

I did not appreciate feeling rushed into such an important decision. Choosing a wedding dress should be a special and enjoyable experience, and unfortunately, that was not the experience I had.

I had an amazing experience at wed2b, my consultant was Anna, she was so welcoming, warm, nonjudgmental and kind, I had some insecurities which Anna listened to, sympathised with and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, I was just coming in to have a look and maybe see what I may like with regards to style, fit and shape and I left with my wedding dress!! Anna some how made me leave feeling confident and absolutely beautiful in what is now MY DRESS!! 🫣😍. I am soooo thankful to Anna for making my experience so easy, fun, enjoyable and something I will remember for a lifetime! So I would just like to take this opportunity again to thank Anna from the bottom of my heart for all her support and encouragement, I walked in the doors nervous, anxious and apprehensive not really feeling like I would find a dress that ticks ever box, I left feeling confident, beautiful and eager to walk down that isle with the dress of my dreams…

Also I would just like to say a massive thank you to Karen, you said you wanted to try me in one particular dress, it was something I was not really looking for as it was fitted,I was looking for something flowy, because of my insecurities, I was very nervous to try this dress, you said just try it and if it’s a no, it’s a no! you must know me more than I know myself!!! This is the dress I left with!! I felt beautiful, I got that feeling the moment I I had the dress on!! It was my dress I new it and you knew it, I’m thankful to you for encouraging me to go out of my comfort zone!! I said yes to that dress and it was all because of you, so thank you very much for making me feel not only confident in a fitted dress but beautiful.. 😍

Chosen my dress today and Tilly was absolutely amazing!!
