It would be good if you could collect accessories orders in store rather than being forced to pay £7 for delivery when already spending £70+. Especially considering I still need to go to the store to collect the bridesmaids dresses.

As soon as I arrived at Wed2b, I was greeted straight away and was sat down the amazing member of staff Molly who went through everything with me be made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I found my dream dress this day, and I couldn’t have done it without Mollys help, advice and assistance.

Lovely experience.

I came to the Glasgow store on Saturday with my mum, my maid of honour and one of my bridesmaids. We were looked after by Georgia and she made the entire experience fantastic. We loved the vibe and had a great time. We did go to another wedding dress shop after and didn't like the vibe at all so we went back to see Georgia again and I said yes to the dress! Thank you Georgia <3

I popped in on the off chance, and I was made to feel so welcomed. Considering it was not long before closing, I was made to feel not rushed and was given undivided attention.

I had the best 5 star worthy experience, I was greeted by Abi who was absolutely incredible!

Abi really listened to what I was looking for and brought out dresses that matched the description I provided. Abi was absolutely lovely and would recommend her to anyone, I went alone dress shopping and she didn’t make me feel alienated for being alone.
The Liverpool store is huge and I found out that it’s one of the biggest they have so definitely go here there is sooo much to pick and choose from! All very clean and roomy too.
Abi helped me find my perfect dress and was full of knowledge on if certain alterations could be done or not.
Couldn’t thank Abi enough for my experience❤️

Chose to visit the Bolton Wed2B store with no expectations, no clear idea on what I wanted, all with the intention to perhaps leave with a better idea on style and design to suit me. Well dress 3 was the one! Georgia was my design consultant and listened to my thoughts and took these and delivered me samples of dresses to try. She was really personable and welcoming, made my whole entourage feel at ease and important and ultimately helped me find the ONE! With all accessories and veil too. A lovely experience and an unexpected purchase. An added bonus would have been a celebration drink to make the whole experience extra special and celebratory. All round a great shop with lovely staff.

My sales consultant, Yasmin, was so incredibly helpful and supportive with assisting me in trying on dresses at the Bromley branch.
I felt so comfortable and confident in the dress I chose, and really couldn’t have had a better experience!

Incredible experience! I cannot thank Zuzanna and Joss enough, they were kind, patient and nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
I am a very indecisive person and they were both patient and understanding.
Zuzanna saw me through the whole process with Joss shadowing. I went away, had some lunch and talked with my Mum and bridesmaids, came back and instantly Joss was happy to get me in the dress again and I said yes!

Abi was lovely on the day I went in (04/07/26). She was really helpful and listened to my likes and dislikes, found dresses based on what I did and didn’t like from previous dresses I tried on. They were great with my mum who was in a wheelchair due to hurting herself badly earlier in the week very wheelchair accessible. If you’re a plus size girlie or not this is the place to go, there are so many dresses. Plus you can buy your dress on the day, perfect if you’re like me and have left until just over 70days before your wedding 😂 They’re so lovely, they have veils, hair pieces and other accessories to try.

Grace did my fitting and was really helpful and supportive.
I think I was giving up and she persisted and found me the absolutely perfect dress.

Where can I start? When we came in we weren’t sure we were going to leave with anything, but Hannah, our stylist absolutely blew our socks off with an ensemble that spoke to my personality, who I was and it felt like I was born to be in. She was friendly, funny and incredible at visioning something we’d not even thought about. Then at the till, the reasonable prices then blew our minds even more! 10/10 here!

I attended my first bridal dress appointment today, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so relaxed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, understood my style, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience so special, and thanks to her support and guidance, I found the one and was able to say yes to the dress! I’m so grateful for everything she did to make such an important moment so memorable.

This was my first try on of dresses and I found what I was looking for with the help of Freya. Freya was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my appointment. There was a good variety of dresses to choose from and I am very pleased with my purchase.
