Very disappointing experience with WED2B Rotterdam. I purchased my wedding dress and a veil based on advice from the sales assistant, but the veil turned out to be clearly a different colour and does not match the dress when worn.

Despite providing photos and requesting a reasonable exchange, customer service refused any solution due to the expired return period, without taking responsibility for the initial recommendation.

For a bridal specialist, I expected accurate guidance and some flexibility when an item clearly does not work as intended. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Edit: after posting this on TrustPilot, they still have only responded with a generic reply that I can to contact customer service, which I already did and filed a formal complaint. No solution has been offered whatsoever.

Ruby was fantastic, she was so helpful and going on a weekday was a game changer as we spent 3 hours trying on all the options in my size that I was interested in and it's made me so confident in the one I liked the most. Thank you so much Ruby! <3

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bridal consultant than Harriet. From the moment we arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took all of the stress out of finding my wedding dress.

Before my appointment, she took the time to look through my Pinterest board and somehow managed to completely understand my style. Every single dress she chose was exactly what I had envisioned, and I was amazed at how well she had listened to what I wanted.

Harriet was so patient, informative, funny, and genuinely lovely to be around. She never made me feel rushed or pressured and explained everything so clearly throughout the appointment. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting, relaxed, and incredibly special.

Thanks to Harriet, I found my absolute dream dress and the perfect veil to match. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and we’ll definitely be returning for my bridesmaid dresses.

I went to the Hull store on 21st June 2026 and was seen by the amazing Danni! She was working on her own and reassured us from the beginning that this wouldn’t effect our experience if anyone else was to come in.

Long story short we had the whole place to ourselves and spent 4.5 hours trying on dresses. Danni was calm, patient, funny, helpful and everything you need when shopping for your wedding dress. She made my experience very special and I just hope that she sees this!

We had a very nice experience the girls were very nice and they were very friendly and helpful to my daughter with special needs..

So so grateful to the staff at Northampton! I had mentally prepared myself for a long journey finding my perfect wedding dress, yet I found it during only my second fitting. Belle was so friendly and helpful; she understood exactly what I was looking for and picked out some beautiful dresses for me to try. Emma, the store manager was also wonderful, ensuring I was looked after from the moment I walked through the door. I’m so thrilled to have a dress I feel beautiful and confident in, and I can’t wait for the big day - thank you wed2b!!

Lovely girls with lots of patience with pessimistic brides (like me).
I went there to buy a dress, not only try on dresses, but I was still reluctant I’ll find something because it was my first time in a bridal shop.
They did a great job, and I found what I was looking for.

Really lovely staff, dresses and experience, however the dress I loved and purchased was 4 sizes too big for me. This was due to my time I had left having had our wedding venue go into voluntary liquidation we decided to marry abroad. Leaving me three months to find a dress, hence purchasing off peg. Two other stores had my size, but the stores do not ship from store to store and were too far away to get to. This is the reason for my 4 stars. It would be helpful if the shops did ship from store to store because my alteration costs are now almost as much as the dress which I thought was very reasonably priced. I had to make an on the spot decision. If item can be shipped from overseas I do not see why a dress could not be shipped from a UK store to another.

I had a wonderful experience on Sunday at wed2be Manchester, Millie was so nice she listened to what kind of dresses I liked. Millie went away & found my dream dress. What a lovely experience thanks to Millie 🤍

Sales associate was lovely and very helpful. I liked how there was no time limit applied to the visit and the fact that you could just turn up on the day. The dresses were beautiful and there were a great selection. I’d really recommend a visit to the store.
My only negative feedback would be how there was an indiscreet pressure to buy the storage box and wunder skirt alongside the dress. I did not get the skirt.

The store in Ashford couldn’t have been more helpful. My daughter has lost a lot weight and her body image is a little deranged! They were so patient with her and helped her see she doesn’t need to cover her body or disappear behind a huge skirt . She took her time and chose the perfect dress!

This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses...and I was nervous! We arrived early just after the shop opened in hopes it wouldn't be too busy, luckily we were the first ones in! The staff were very welcoming to me and my group of girls. Anna was lovely, explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable. She talked through the dresses that she pulled for me and listened to what I liked and didn't. Marnie also helped to pull the final look together, adding little details and tweaks. Thank you both, for helping me find my dress! ❤️

I visited today and had the lovely Becky b as my stylist, she picked out multiple dresses that fit what I thought I wanted, the first dress she pulled out was the one! After trying on other styles I just knew that the first one was my dream dress… Becky made me comfortable confident and was very honest with her help in my decision making. Thankyou so much dress shopping was the thing I was dreading the most and you made it such a special experience

I was really nervous to try on wedding dresses at my age,(58) and size. I couldn't have had a better experience.
I had Sally-anne at the Camberley store. She was truly amazing. She put me at ease, and made me feel like the most special person.
I found my dream dress because of Sally-anne.
I went in for a completely different style, and because of her service, I fell in love with a different and beautiful dress.
I cannot express how wonderful my experience was, from entering the store to paying everything so simple and nothing was a surprise. They really listen to you and your vision. Thank you so much.

Wonderful bridal experience with Amy who was absolutely superb and picked out some gorgeous choices but knew in the beginning that the dress that was chosen would be the one!!!

We tried out a few more just to be safe and she was so lovely and very helpful in everything that was needed! She even kindly brought over some accessories to try out just to give a taste of what could be worn with the dress as well 😊

Amy is an absolute credit and gem to the staff of Wed2b Belfast and really appreciate the support she provided as well as the lovely hug at the end! x

I went in just to have a look, however fell in love with a dress and had to buy it! All the staff were really lovely and very helpful. A special shout out to D'arcy who was just honest and nothing was a bother.
Can't wait to go back for my veil and maybe some other bits.

Molly found my perfect dress in under 10 minutes! She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable trying it on. She took her time to ensure I was happy and even showed my sister how to put me in and out of it! Thank you so much Molly!!!
