I highly recommend this store. There is a wide variety of styles, and the staff make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I had a wonderful experience. Anna was patient and very helpful, answering all my questions and offering advice while remaining respectful of my preferences.

I hadn’t been wedding dress shopping before, the lady who I had Marissa was extremely kind and helpful, she made some decisions for me about different dresses and listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress, she then went on the hunt to find some other dresses that she thought I would like. I would highly recommend getting your wedding dress from this shop. The ladies are so lovely, especially Marissa! X

Had my appointment with Machala, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. I went in with some inspo pics of what I liked and she helped me find the perfect dress that I absolutely adore! Nothing was too much to ask, she spent so much time paying attention to details and trying different accessories to make it perfect for me!! All the staff were so friendly, such a warm and welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend

Georgie was absolutely amazing in finding my dress at the Gateshead store. She let me try as many dresses as needed and quickly found my bridal niche and was so fantastic. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much!

In eerste instantie leek de keuze niet veel te zijn, maar gaandeweg tijdens het passen bleek er genoeg keuze! Tyannna was erg vriendelijk en dacht heel fijn mee. Ze nam echt de tijd en deed zelf ook suggesties. Uiteindelijk ben ik met een jurk naar huis gegaan die zij had uitgekozen. Inclusief prachtige sluier. Ik vind de laagdrempelige sfeer zonder teveel opsmuk en de rust in de winkel echt een pluspunt.

I was quite nervous about picking out the right dress and Fatemeh was absolutely brilliant, her knowledge of products and expertise in styles that would suit me, to just the friendly conversations that really helped my nerves in picking the right dress! Thank you so much Fatemeh!

After walking in I was greeted by such friendly welcoming staff, Lia was so kind and really took the time to understand who I was as a person and gave me the opportunity to try on and made me feel incredibly comfortable. After visiting other stores where I didn't have the same expierence I truly appreciated Lia's personal touches and knowledge of dresses to help give me informed decisions about my wedding dress, even when I needed to customise and add on straps I was given local Tailors who would be able to help me get my dream dress.
