The best experience I could have wished for!
I was so nervous before starting my dress search I was physically shaking in the changing rooms!
From the moment we entered the store all the staff were kind and comforting and put us at easy. We were seen to straight away by Farrah who explained how their shop worked and asked lots of questions about our day, what sort of dresses I had been looking at and anything I did or didn’t want in my dress. As a bigger girl I was really nervous that they wouldn’t hold stock of my size or that I would be limited to choice, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had an incredible experience trying on a number of dresses, retrying some dresses and eventually picking my perfect dress. I was given time and space to be in my dress and didn’t feel rushed at all. Farrah talked through how dresses could be adapted by a seamstress to change any details I wasn’t keen on and gave a list of recommended places to visit after. I would get married a thousand times over to have that experience again and I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day.

Bought a dress from Web2b in March and initially was very happy with the appointment.

Had my first seamstress appointment this week and realised I had been given the wrong veil and the wrong size underskirt.

During my appointment, I rejected the first veil I was given but was happy with the second and chose to purchase. My receipt shows the name of the correct veil I wanted, but unfortunately they gave me the original one that I didn't like and boxed that up.

In the appointment, the lady out me in a underskirt and originally in a medium. I stated I wanted a small and the lady clearly disagreed with me but I insisted. Long story short, she gave me the medium by mistake. This was listed on the receipt but I didn't realise amongst the long list of items.

Sadly none of this was realises until my seamstress appointment (they tell you to leave everything bagged and boxed up until it needs to be looked at so hadnt thought to check before and incorrectly assumed Id be given then correct items) and meaning we couldn't continue, so I had wasted half a day annual leave and a 2 hour round car trip, as well as the panic that I now only have 2 seamstress appointments left and hope that's enough.

I contacted web2b and it has been agreed they will exchange, however they called it a "gesture of goodwill" despite it being totally their error. I now have to waste more annual leave to go back to the MK Wed2b store as well as even more wasted money on travelling costs to exchange. There was no apology for their error and it's just really put me off.

Wed2b isn't that cheap, especially when they add on all the other costs like hangers, bags, boxes etc (watch for this if you buy- you dont need them and they'll push them on you and it all really adds up). I genuinely wish I'd gone to a proper bridal boutique, had a nicer experience, probably wouldn't have been given the wrong items and if I were, had a better customer service experience after.

She really took the time to get to know me, my wedding and my vision.

Nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly patient with my very specific requests! Her advice and expertise were fantastic and I managed to find my dream dress!

I definitely feel I got the full bridal experience and with no appointment times it felt incredibly relaxed and not rushed.

Would recommend Wed2b with there beautiful dresses and fantastic staff to anyone.

Love this store! Not only did i get the most fabulous wedding dress in the belfast shop, but Paula made the experience personalised to me. She listened to what I wanted and provided the perfect experience. She found the most perfect dress for me and got to know me and my wedding plans to make sure everything suited. She also really looked after my bridal party and my wee granny, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Her styling ideas were great and made sure the whole package matched. I never felt rushed or pressured and even though i found my dress early, paula gave me the time to try others to make sure i was 100% certain. I will be forever grateful for the experience we received and I cant wait to wear my perfect dress and veil on my wedding day. I would recommend wed2be to anyone for the perfect bridal experience. Had an amazing experience at wed2b in Leeds. I was little nervous as I had no idea what sort of wedding dress I wanted. As soon as I walked into the store the staff were so lovely and welcoming and quickly put me at ease. A special thank you to Tilly who was fantastic. Tilly was so helpful, as I had no idea what style of dress would suit me. She quickly narrowed it down to my perfect dress. All dresses and beautiful and at really good prices xx

From the second we stepped on to this store we were made to feel welcome by friendly, happy staff. Josie was lovely and really made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was very warm and knowledgeable about the dresses. I couldn’t have hoped for a nicer person to help me say yes to the dress. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything just genuine support and help in the whole dress trying on and buying process. Thank you to all the staff we encountered. I would definitely recommend wed2b to any future brides I know and particularly recommend the surbiton branch for their warmness and friendliness!!

Fantastic Visit today. Myself and 5 bridesmaids went up to the Glasgow store. Lovely welcome as soon as you walk in the door, whole process was explained. Tried three dresses made to feel very comfortable while changing.

Staff member that helped was fantastic, very chatty and funny and honest.

The staff were very friendly and listened to what a wanted and what I didn't want. Made the experience very enjoyable 😉

We were met with a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived at Wed2b in Bromley.
This was my first attempt at wedding dress shopping and I had no expectations.
I instantly felt excited, which I wasn't expecting.
The consultation was thorough and took away any overwhelming feeling. The process was excellent and I did say yes to dress, but felt absolutly no pressure to do so.

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2B in Wednesbury. The shop was quiet the day I went in, so it felt like a personal experience for me and my group. It was just perfect from beginning to end, with no rushing or pressure. Courtney was absolutely lovely, she listened to every request I had, all the tiny bits of detail I envisioned for my dress and she bought it to life! She was patient and allowed me all the time I wanted. I didn’t expect to choose my perfect dress that day but low and behold, I left the shop that day with my dream wedding dress. I’m so thankful to all the staff in the shop that day for filling me up with compliments, confidence, helping me with ideas for what shade of bridal party dresses! It was just amazing, I wish I could do it all over again!

Customer service is always brilliant and a joy, staff can’t do enough for you. I’ve had my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses and I love all dresses I’ve purchased. Highly recommended wed2b

I was really hesitant to try a bridal outlet like Wed2b as I was convinced that it wouldn't be the intimate and magical experience of an independent boutique.

Having done an independent boutique yesterday and left feeling a bit flat after having limited time to select & try dresses due to strict time slots, I wanted to go somewhere that was open on a Sunday and I could reassure myself that there were dresses out there for me.

Amelia was an absolute angel. She got me immediately (including detecting that I was a cape girl instead of a veil) and her attention was entirely on me and my group throughout the whole experience. She gave us time to deliberate but also helped us get to an answer when we were going round in circles.

I also personally loved the experience of seeing other women trying on dresses and chatting with their bridal parties as it made me feel less alone rather than it feeling like I was in a conveyor belt, which is what I was worried about.

J’y suis allée début juin et je suis tombée sur une vendeuse au top : bienveillante, dynamique et de très bon conseil. Nous avons bien rigolé ! Elle a été très honnête, m’a parfaitement conseillée et m’a aidée à trouver ma robe 🤩

Maintenant que mon mariage est passé, je peux dire que chaque fois que je me regardais dans ma robe, j’étais vraiment heureuse. Au départ, j’étais partie sur un autre modèle, plus cher, mais j’ai finalement choisi celui qu’elle m’avait conseillé… et je n’ai aucun regret !

Je recommande cette boutique les yeux fermés : un rapport qualité-prix imbattable !

I came in tried 3 dresses on and instantly fell in love with the last dress. I said “YES TO THE DRESS” came in and went out so happy I was that happy me and my mum started to cry of happiness ! The staff were lovely, very welcoming and very knowledgable. The lady who helped definitely knew what I wanted! So happy ! !

Had a lovely experience today at the Rotherham store. Lady called Ruby looked after us nothing to much trouble explained every detail that was needed.
After trying a few dresses I finally found the one fits perfect 😍
