Thank you so much to Nevaeh at the Ashford store for helping me find my dream dress! Even though it was a busy day, she was so lovely, patient and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my dress. I’m already counting down the days until I can finally wear it!

Absolutely loved my experience at WED2B Fleetwood! 🤍 The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Abbi, who was absolutely lovely. She took so much care helping me, making me feel comfortable and explaining everything along the way.
I had the most beautiful day and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And… I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! 👰🏻‍♀️🤍✨ Thank you so much, Abbi! xxx

From the moment I walked in the team were fantastic. Katie looked after me and she was fantastic. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out I was wrong. Katie didn’t let me panic. I ended up saying ‘yes to the dress’ that she chose for me. Thank you to all the team for making my day special.

Made me feel so welcome, so many dresses to choose from. 100% recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ordered 4 x bridesmaid dresses. They came into store much earlier than anticipated so that was a bonus. Attended the store to collect dresses and asked if I could check the dresses before leaving the store to ensure there were no flaws and they were the correct sizes etc. I wanted to do this because my friend had previously had an issue with her dress. The sales assistant was so unhelpful, basically popped the dresses, as they came on the rail and walked away. I was then left to remove the polythene and bands off the cardboard hangers to check each dress. When I asked if I could have a bag I was advised it would be £10 per bag. As I struggled to get the flimsy peace of polythene back over the 4 dresses, I got so frustrated and annoyed that I asked if someone could at least help me. I left the shop with one piece of polythene over 4 dresses with the bottom of the dresses hanging out the bottom. Thankfully it wasn’t raining but is this really acceptable or good customer service.
I totally appreciate that wed2b is a budget bridal store but does that mean there’s zero customer service. It very much felt a case of - you’ve paid for your dresses, just take them and leave. I certainly wouldn’t recommend wed2b to friends or family in the future.
If you want your dress thrown at you not even properly protected then it’s the store for you.

As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. I was given the chance to try on lots of different dresses and ones I never thought of wearing. They were honest and said they cannot reserve and once the dresses are gone they are gone but I didn't feel pressured in getting "the dress" as it was my first try on and experience.

The wide variety of dresses to pick from the price range was great, the staff make me feel welcome! Joss was amazing, she helped me pick some styles that would suit me and what I thought i wanted! And the first one that she picked was the dress

Jess and all the lovely ladies were so helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble and really knew their stuff!

Brilliant service, very well organised and very helpful. They listened to my needs and were non judgemental and honest.

From start to finish I had such a lovely experience. Staff members were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. All their dresses are absolutely stunning and I was lucky enough to find the dress of my dreams. Could not recommend enough. Amazing ❤️

As it is a walk in only bridal shop we did have to sit and wait for someone to be available to help us despite arriving only 15 minutes after opening time! Once we met Gaby and told her what I was looking for she immediately started grabbing dresses I liked and really took on my feedback after each dress before she picked the next. Gaby was super knowledgeable about different elements and really helpful adding accessories to help me get the full picture. Great experience and at the end I said yes! 🥳

Today I visited the Gateshead store, had the pleasure of Lizzie helping me find my perfect dress. Lizzie was immensely helpful, never once did I feel rushed, pressured, stressed ect. Lizzie was so helpful and honest in every dress I tried on. After such an awful experience at a different shop (not Wed2B) Lizzie made my experience amazing! With the help of her I found my dress 🤍
Can’t fault any of the staff, they are all so friendly and polite. The staff would even have a little look and give their opinions and compliments. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for the full experience! Thank you to an amazing bunch of women for making me feel so amazing whilst picking my dress! 🤍🤍

I only went to look at dresses really and the place I had been before (not Wed2b) had told me that I wasn’t able to try on dresses that day. When I arrived at Wed2b, Bolton, I instantly felt welcome and their range of dresses was incredible! I picked 2 dresses to try on and Azeelah explained everything to me - she was fantastic! I chose one dress to try on and cried as soon as it was on! I ended up buying the dress there and then without trying any other dresses on. If you're looking for a Bridal Outlet where you are given as much space to browse as you need, with a first class service when you are ready to try on dresses, I cannot recommend Wed2b enough. Azeelah was brilliant and I cannot thank her and Wed2b enough for making my experience so special.

This was the first place we looked. The lady we had was fantastic and couldn’t ask for anyone better. She made myself and my sisters feel extremely welcome and not a bother when we were asking to try another dress or have a dance or sit in the dress to make sure it was comfortable. I did manage to find the dress and it was the second one the assistant chose. She had a real eye for my style following the initial chat :)

I can't even begin to tell you how incredible the girls here are! I had zero idea what I wanted. Zero. But Shannon GOT IT RIGHT 1st time! She made me feel incredible! The 1st dress and the 1st veil were THE ONE!! She knows her job inside out! I am so greatful that you made this experience everything I wanted it to be! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Terresa made my whole experience absolutely amazing from start to finish., I can’t thank her enough she knew exactly what dresses I had in mind . She went above and beyond for me.

Olivia was really patient with me while I cycled through dresses, trying to find the right one and she pulled it out the bag! And taught me lots about wedding dresses along the way.
