I wish I could give Lee more stars, she is a 10 in my book. Her professionalism and attention to details deserves the highest rating in my book. Her and Jorden made what could have be an overwhelming and challenging experience, very pleasant. It was time for my 95 year old Mom to give up her car and independents and move to California with me. Lee helped that transaction to be pleasant, painless and easy. Thank you.

Overall a very good experience
Luis communicated with us to let us know his arrival time and he came on time. He evaluated the car and after a low offer negotiated a very reasonable figure that we agreed to.
