Best experience dealing with cars ever
Best experience dealing with cars ever! It took seconds to make the appointment, I then received a call from the store manager within an hour to verify my appointment. At the appointment, Jim, the manager, was very professional and explained the entire process. We received an honest and fair offer, signed paperwork, had our check in hand, and was out the door an hour later! I highly recommend We Buy Any Car for anyone who is looking to sell their car without any hassle and needs it done quickly!

Five-Star for Convenience and Three-Star for Price…
I would give a Five-Star for convenience and a Three-Star for price. Before taking my Volvo XC-60 (2011) to the Brookline office, I already did a valuation on Webuyanycar's website and found the price acceptable. I went to the office and gave the car to Jim for checking and test-drive. He came back and said the car was in good condition and as described in the original valuation except for a couple of scratches. The first offer he gave me was 10% lower than the valued price, which was way lower than my expectation. If the car's condition is the same as what was described in the online valuation, Jim should have honored the valued price and it is not reasonable that he tried to lowball me. Eventually Jim agreed to a price that is close to the valued price. I walked away with a check but don't like the way Jim negotiated.

Really good experience from start to finish. Pre-scheduled dropoff, two confirmatory calls. Once there, full transparency, explanations, forms to sign, highly organized, and a very pleasant interaction. Also, fair price for older car. Recommend!
