Jim O’Connor at the Pittsburgh branch was wonderful to work with! He contacted me a few days before my appointment to ask a few questions and to be sure I had the required documents for selling my MN car in PA. He helped us through a paperwork issue and gave us a fair price for our 2010 Prius. He was efficient and easy to work with.
