Practically no support. I have been trying to reach them for months for some residual code issues that have been happening to my site because of their plugin, and they have been ignoring me ever since.

Very bad support, the system doesn't work at all. You delete the users and it keeps telling you that your capacity is still full. You pay for blocked not working system. After writing many emails on support (and they sometimes reply), the system is still blocked.
Extremelly bad customer service, they might think they are smarter than anyone, I don't recommend this platform at all. 0/0
UPDATE 20-07-2022 Na een initieel slechte ervaring heeft men contact met mij opgenomen en perfect geholpen om met screensharing en video calls de issue op te lossen. Klasse werk en fijn dat het opgelost is!

Dit bedrijf benaderde ons om over te stappen van OneSignal, waar we zeer tevreden over zijn. De software en installatie leken goed te gaan. Daarna hadden we hulp nodig omdat er geen nieuwe subscribers kwamen. Die hulp bleef uit. Ook geen reactie van de sales persoon Stephen die mij benaderde. Erg jammer want we wilden betalende klant worden. Ik raad dit bedrijf dus niet aan
Webpushr is a predatory company, first of all they send me an email without even a "Hi", or a "Thanks" a signature, i don't even know who is being this aggressive to me via email, but i will surely find out. Then they delete my account, and claim to have seen MY PASSWORD. Total disrespect for a potential client who had gathered more than 10k bells, and planning to purchase a plan. I doubt about the legality of seeing customer passwords, but will take legal advice. Totally not happy about my only interaction with Webpushr. If you are a website owner just run away from these dudes.
They are very unprofessional. Specially support is so much poor.
Another problem is supposed I have 20k users. But when I send push notifications, they deliver only 6 to 8k. I have mailed many times but they don't replay.
Webpushr increased the prices in april from 19 dollar a month to 49 dollar a month (and 49 to 99 dollar a month). I was a bit shocked by this sudden 250% increase (and not fair in my opinion), so I decided to cancel it in april to see how it went.
In may we decided to activate Webpushr again. So when I tried to re-subscribe, I couldn't connect my creditcard. I contacted support and the answer: "You previously cancelled your service with Webpushr. You cannot "renew" it unless you pay the last 3 months of unpaid balance. Our platform is really not designed for users who intend to use it for a few months and not use it for a few months. It is intended, as you can imagine, to be used on a continuous on-going basis."
Ok, so I cancelled it after a sudden price increase (by 250%) and a month later I decide to activate it again, and then I have to pay for 3 months? That's just criminal behaviour. The comment by Webpushr is rude. I was a client for at least a year (never turned the auto payment off) and gave the team a lot of ideas and solutions to improve the service.
We migrated from another Webpush platform a year ago with the false promise that we received an email that would be forever free up to 60K subscribers per website. We began to grow our accounts and those of several clients and then the policies changed that the account was no longer going to be free for new clients or for those who had believed in them and therefore we felt cheated by a company that he does not think about customers at all. Do not waste your money and time, I do not recommend it for anyone.
The webpushr system is quite convenient, but they lowered the contacts limit from 60,000 to 10,000 for the free plan to existing subscribers and now the account is completely unaccessible until we upgrade to a paid plan, which we were going to do anyway, but now our trust in them is broken for changing the terms to existing members, how can we trust them to not alter the terms once we pay as well? also, their support is non responsive.
