Umara Jewellery Anmeldelser

Purchased some small diamond studs to pair with my umara huggies and they’re the perfect pair to compliment. Screw back giving me peace of mind of losing them is added bonus. 10/10 will be shopping again!

Very prompt delivery and the earrings I bought are gorgeous. Priya was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would buy again next time :)

Beautiful necklace that is well made, and the company is very professional. I ordered online and it was delivered a few days later. The designs are beautiful, and I will definitely purchase again.

I ordered a beautiful 18k necklace and was amazed by its quality, as it looked even better in person. The item arrived in 2 days via post, beautifully packaged. I will definitely order again because the quality is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. And great designs

I bought a pair of earrings from Umara and I do not often leave reviews but the experience was excellent! I highly recommend this shop and would not hesitate to purchase again. Thank you Priya!

Amazing customer service, got my products so quickly and beautifully wrapped. 100000% would purchase again!

I purchased the huggie hoops, the quality & craftsman ship is outstanding. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Umara; it’s my second purchase & will definitely be purchasing more in the future

Received the jewellery in great packaging - absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like it does on the website. Priya was lovely and responsive to my email. Highly recommended!

A beautiful collection of jewellery. Simple ordering process and delivered with love and care. Hallmarked genuine pieces. Definitely buying more! Thank you.

Loved my item, absolutely gorgeous, great customer service.

This was my second order from Umara. My 18 karat solid gold curved earrings are super cute, elegant and go with anything. They are perfect to wear daily. Customer service is impeccable. My order arrived beautifullly packaged with a handwritten note. I am so pleased with my experience with this wonderful jewellery company. Glad to have found you and looking forward to my next purchase.

Well, firstly the product was fine. Very nice pair of earrings.
We were away when the item was delivered and as it wouldn’t fit through the letterbox the box sat outside on the ground for 5 days. We live in a rural area and thankfully it wasn’t stolen but was obviously soaked.
I did flag up that we were away and it would need to fit through a letterbox…. It didn’t !!

Ordered the medium beaded hoops and they are so stunning and elegant. Really good value for money and arrived quickly!

Fast response and delivery very informative on request great pieces at great prices, and gives a percentage back to charity’s in India 🙂

It was difficult to choose a pair of earrings because they were all so lovely. In the end I decided on the hoops, which were charming, versatile and understated. Just what I wanted! Customer service was top-notch and Priya was very helpful.

Bought some earrings as a gift, amazing quality and stunning product that have maintained their quality since Christmas.

Would 100% recommend purchasing from Umara.

Love my new earrings, 60th birthday gift and they are really special. I get loads of compliments of people saying “you can tell they're diamonds” which I haven’t had on other earrings before. The screw back is also a bonus so I don’t have to worry about loosing them! The clarity is amazing and they are so simple but classic statement, timeless and will never date. Thank you again Umara for the perfect birthday gift.

I requested a custom piece and my experience was great. Priya is lovely, polite and responds in a timely manner. The earrings are perfect, and I had been looking for something like them for months. The packaging is really beautiful, truly luxury down to the handwritten note. I put my earrings in the moment I got them and haven’t taken them out. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Recently gifted my daughter a beautiful necklace and pendant for her birthday, Her reaction and smile said it all, it was the perfect gift!
Thank you so much for all the help, your customer services are exceptional.

What can I say about Umara. From order being acknowledged , to item arriving very soon afterwards, could not be a better service from this jewellery company.
The jewellery is first class both in quality and choice. I have a beautiful piece called a dancing diamond in yellow gold, and will certainly be ordering another piece as it’s just so lovely.
The packaging was super , and my item came in a really nice box ,tied with a little bow of ribbon, and the item was even prettier than the photos show on the website.
I’ve started hints to my husband about Christmas gifts!!!
All round a great company.
